Siddika kabir was a creative legend of Bangladesh who transformed the cooking into an art with her intelligence , fining cooking skills and epic recipes. When I first came to australia to live with my husband I knew only few simple bangladeshi recipe which were only OK in taste. After few days of CHILDISH cooking I start look through Siddika Kabir’s cookbook and I found the Book has easy step by s

tep process with explanation and all ingredients nicely specified.. From that day her recipe book is an essential part of my kitchen and it encouraged me to try new ways of cooking, carry out trial with new recipes and ideas which also helped to develop my cooking skills so dramatically.. Now,to me Cooking is an art in which I have such immense passion for in life. I simply enjoy the cooking and the creativity of experimenting with new recipes and always make recipe note on spare paper for future reference. My experimental guineapig ;) my lovely hubby inspired me to create a page where I can post all my recipes and organise them all together.
