How do you take a boring caption about your industry and add a little bit of spice? 🌶️

Add personality👏

If you haven’t heard this before: people buy from people, NOT businesses

What does this mean for you? Let your favorite words, hot takes on industry topics, and your unique flair get infused into your Instagram posts.

No one wants to read boring facts + statistics constantly (at least I don’t), we want to see story-telling and relatable information.

And yes, it’s possible to be real in your content while still keeping things private. The key is being personal!

Sometimes we forget the SOCIAL part of social media...

I am here to tell you that if you want to grow your social media and business you have to SHOW UP!

Here are 3 easy ways to connect with your followers:

1. Find out what they like! Do a check in with your audience at least quarterly to see what they like hearing about! Use the Instagram Story poll and quiz feature to find out what they want more of! 
2. Show interest in them! Next time you are scrolling through Instagram spend time engaging with your followers. For example, instead of just liking their post comment on their post or an Instagram Story. 
3. Make sure you are replying and liking all comments and DM’s you receive on Instagram! 
Let’s start connecting instead of collecting this week!
