A lot of people go to theme parks for the rides but one of my favorite activities is meeting characters. So I was so thrilled to finally meet the PEANUTS gang in their Valentine’s Day outfits this year during Knott’s PEANUTS Celebration.

We took this photo this past weekend, but TODAY is your last chance to get this photo… or mark your calendar for the weekend before Valentine’s Day 2024 - we walked right up to say hi to Marcie and Charlie Brown. ❤️

My daughter Raleigh (7) loves spotting fashion trends and last year she started asking for “preppy clothes.” I asked her what she was talking about and she showed me Smiley inspired outfits on Roblox. I was like oh, that style isn’t preppy it’s “hippie.” The mother daughter debate continues to this day. Even though we don’t agree on WHAT Smiley brand style is we both agree that it is SUPER COOL.

Raleigh was so thrilled when Santa brought her some Smiley clothes Christmas morning that we had to do a mini impromptu photo shoot. ❤️🎄❤️

Fun Fact: Did you know the Smiley brand has been around since the 1970s?! ✌️

Still shopping for back-to-school? I am. 🙋‍♀️ I just ordered new headphones for the kids to take to school.

🍎Lands’ End medium backpack: I actually bought this backpack for my daughter (now 7) last year and she still loves it and it is still in really good shape. I find Lands’ End’s products to be attractive and durable. I also love that these backpacks come in different sizes depending on the age and need of the wearer. She also loves that she has plenty of places to hang her charms. This is important.

🍎Headphones: I picked these headphones because they had high ratings and they looked most comfortable. My kids are 7 and 10 and their little kid headphones are getting a little too tight.

🍎Ice Packs: I use these ice packs everyday in my kids lunches to help keep their food cool and fresh just a little bit longer.

🍎 Yeti 26 oz water bottle: This water bottle might be too big for your kiddo but we live in the desert and it is HOT and one of my biggest back-to-school goals is keeping my kids hydrated. Especially because my daughter has Type 1 Diabetes. I’ve never bought them such nice water bottles before, but these water bottles actually stay cold and hold enough water to last the day.

🍎 Kawaii keychain charm: This one is for fun. My daughter loves attaching key chains to her backpack. It’s a thing.
