I can't believe it's been almost four years since my Japanese Jiu Jitsu black belt demonstration. 😲 I dedicated so much time and effort into achieving this goal. I was at the dojo almost every day, stayed late to keep practicing, all to prepare for a demonstration that was scheduled a week before I graduated with my masters. Spring of 2016 was crazy in the best possible way. Also, how is this segment with the jo roughly a minute long? It was one of the most tedious components to learn, lol. The entire demonstration was 45 minutes.

UFC Fight Night 170 is still on this weekend! Seemingly the only sporting event in the world still being held, but it is going on without fans in the arena. I'm excited it's still taking place. After Kevin Lee's win over Gillespie, I'm looking forward to seeing him in the octagon. Though, given the stylistic matchup, and the fact that Charles Oliveira is on a six-fight win streak, it might not go in Lee's favor. UFC 241 is this weekend, and it's an exciting card. There are three main fights: Daniel Cormier vs Stipe Miocic, Yoel Romero vs Paulo Costa, and Nate Diaz vs Anthony Pettis. I say two of those fights end in finishes, with DC keeping the heavyweight belt. Though, I do think this will be his last fight. How do you think these fights will go?

It was announced yesterday that @zhangweilimma will be fighting for the title against @jessicammapro. After seeing Zhang's last fight, I thought she'd rise quickly in the ranks, but this is phenomenal. They're both fantastic fighters, and I can't wait to see who comes out on top.

I've been incorporating some calisthenics into my workout routine, and it is so tough. It's challenging me to work on my core strength and upper body strength. I'm up for it, though.
