Do you schedule your posts in advance ?
That’s a great way to stay on schedule ( 3 posts a week) if your goal is to grow your account or if you’re running a multiple accounts for clients!
I know I’m guilty of ignoring my own account sometimes 😬

It's important to use correct hashtags that will help increase engagements and visibility online.
If you’re just starting or don't have a lot of followers, stick to the smaller hashtags ( under 200K ) like the few examples above.

I hear this question all the time:
“How often do I need to post to grow my business account on Instagram?”
Well, the answer is A LOT!
I recommend posting at least 3 times a week!
I know it sounds like a lot and it is but you need to connect with your audience often in order to build up your brand awareness and drive traffic to your website! That’s the goal, isn’t it?

Here are my suggestions for weekly content:
1. Post something educational (share with your followers info about your business)
2. Something inspirational (for example a motivational quote)
3. Something funny (like memes for example)
