I think these are Vietnamese rice paper rolls???? Not sure!!! 🤷🏽‍♀️😛

I didn’t follow any specific Recipe tbh, just made my own filling and tried to keep it far from my usual desi spices hehe😂 Instead, I went for sesame seeds, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and all that good stuff🫶🏾

The shaping was surprisingly easy… but the “frying part”? Mmmmm ????? 😂

They actually turned out really yummy, but honestly, I don’t think I’d replace my usual wrappers with rice paper just yet. Maybe I didn’t prepare them properly? 🤷🏽‍♀️

If you’ve tried making rice paper rolls, tell me if i did something wrong? 😬

Throw Back To few days ago when Somewhere between day and night, the moon came to hug the sun… and the whole sky gave them a moment. 🌑☀️✨

For a couple of minutes, daylight disappeared, the world went quiet, and everything felt a little unreal.

Then, just like that, the light came back. ☀️

A tiny reminder that some of the most beautiful things happen in the moments we can’t plan, can’t recreate, and can only stand still and witness.

Two minutes of darkness. A lifetime kind of memory. 🌑✨

Some moments are simply unforgettable. 🌑✨

Today, Spain witnessed a total solar eclipse, the first total eclipse visible from the Iberian Peninsula in more than a century. 🇪🇸🌑

A moment of complete darkness in the middle of the day, the sky changing, and something that felt almost unreal.

Definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience. 🥹✨
So grateful I got to witness it. ❤️

Sully turned 1 last month MashAllah!!! And We had a Birthday picnic To celébrate it (also to eat, always ready to eat🤭) Can’t believe how time flies!!!!! Feels like he came to the world just like yesterday… 🥹❤️🤍❤️ MashAllah 🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿
