So here we are, creating our lives from scratch! We've changed SOOOOO much over the years and thought we'd put a line in the sand and ask our selves who are we now & what do we want?

We watched this amazing video recently and it really inspired us! So basically she redesigned her life on paper based on 7 key areas that she wanted to change to help with loss of identity.

We've also found that it really helps to break down our lives in to easier digestible chunks and look at each section and acknowledge what we are doing well with and what we need to improve on. It's a chance to be objective and get out of that identity rut.

Like most people, we both feel like lockdown has caused a bit of identity loss for us! But what it did do was really make us think about what we actually want for our lives and to find what makes us truly happy. We highly recommend the method we used, watch our new video to find out how we did it 🙂 hope it’s helpful to you or at least a little entertaining! 😂

Hey everyone! So we've been away for a while going through some stuff in our personal lives and felt we needed some space from YouTube in order to process. As you know we've been TTC for over 5 years and that's taken a huge toll on our mental health. We've had quite a few updates since we last posted that have required some time for processing and healing. On top of all the COVID lockdown stuff it's been an intense start to 2021! As a result, we've made some changes to our lifestyle, we've got a new flat in Brighton, clearer medical diagnoses and treatments, and a focus on finding the joy in our life! We're so looking forward to posting videos again and sharing our life with you once more. Our content might look different than before but we're only focused on creating form a place of authenticity.
