Healing our inner child is one of the most important things we MUST do, and it is something I work on with every client I work with. As I continue to get back to my work as a on here with y’all it has been so important to lead by example. One of the biggest healing tools I encourage everyone to explore is how we decorate our avatars (bodies), and allow our adult selves to show up for our younger selves with .
Storytime: When I was in kindergarten my mom bought me a black fringe jacket - very similar to the one in some of these photos. I loved sit so much and wore it literally everyday until I changed schools and started getting bullied more heavily. So when I saw this jacket in a vintage store I knew I had to buy it. It was not something I “needed,” but it was something that ignited my soul, and for that reason alone I said, F**K IT, and bought it.
My partner had a similar experience with ponchos, so its even more fun for us to get to do this together, and encourage one another to go for it. We really are each others cheerleaders when it comes to all things, especially healing.

I’m a / ! 👨🏻🤝👨🏼 We did it! Some secret news to share. We eloped this year! So many HUGE things happened this year, but 2023 will forever be the year I married my best friend, and for that reason I will always look back at this super hard year as one of my most joyful. I don’t talk about my partner often because I want to protect our love, but we have agreed that the world needs more love, so alas here we are. Removing the pressure to show up as a couple on social media from our relationship has been the healthiest thing for us to really focus on us, and I fully encourage others to do this - especially in the beginning stages. I said I wasn’t going to share my love life on here years ago, but that would change when I got . The time has come, and we’ve had a lot of deep convos about what this will look like. In the years to come expect a lot more of love, joy, and learning with us. We don’t claim to be perfect. We don’t claim to have it all figured out, but we do have something very special that we hope to help others find in their own journey. Sending the most love and gratitude to my Amor, who has physically, spiritually, and emotionally helped me become a better version of myself. Sending all my love to this Love Army.
#2024 and a for me is about reclaiming, redefining, and revolutionizing. We don’t want to go where we’ve been, and we don’t want to keep trying what we know doesn’t work. I will forever be grateful for this incredible group of humans, who have changed my life for the better, but who have also worked so hard to change the lives of everywhere for the better. When I first decided to break my silence with the about what is now a global story, I never thought they’d care, and I had never heard of the , so years later to be a part of this incredible group, which helped get this legislation passed feels truly cosmic. The gravity of the situation is still overwhelming and I still haven’t processed how the weight of it all. I’ve been called brave many times, but to me it is my normal to see injustice and speak out. I guess that is brave?
As I write this I have tears in my eyes and a heavy heart because this year has been one of the most important, but also one of the most traumatic and lonely. Having to relive your darkest moment in life over and over for years is re-traumatizing, and no one can prepare you for how hard it is. Having to reflect on how much was taken away from me as I had to leave my dreams and career behind is not an easy thing to grapple with. Breaking free of the darkness is not an easy task and one that I’m still processing, but , , , , , , , and have made me all feel so much alone. We unfortunately lost our fight to have the passed, which would have protected even more people within the fashion supply chain. Why? Because this year 6 of the top modeling agencies lobbied against us. They dumped buckets of money fighting us so they can continue to prey on garnet workers who made below a livable wage, who come from foreign countries and are trafficked, and so many other vulnerable communities. This is my follow up video to the one posted immediately before this one. Rich Cooper goes after every type of woman because he was hurt by a woman and has not healed. He surrounds himself with other hurt men and preys on their vulnerability. He is programming a group of men and boys to use and abuse women. He is on every social media platform and has a podcast spewing this hate. I share this because I’d we do not address men like this they will continue to grow platforms and hurt even more men. I call myself a feminist and within feminism is men’s healing. Please remember we all have a part to play in helping one another, but also in looking this evil in the face and saying no more.
