Quick & Easy Idea for breakfast:
IF - MC, Week 3
– Squash soup (I used instant but you can have it pre-made in bulk and just heat it up. Or eat it cold. You do you 💁🏼‍♀️)
– Bean-made meat replacement (kinda like ground poultry)
– Optional: fake cheese (this one is vegan and gluten-free. IIFYM do real cheese tho. This sh×t ain't worth it 😩)

An hour exercising improves the other 24 hs of your day.

WHAT you choose to exercise, which muscles and with what specific stimulus... well, that's gonna depend on the lifestyle you want to build.
~
If you're having trouble deciding what kind of life you want to live, ask yourself, who do you want to be? And how's a typical day in the life of that version of you.
Every single day, do something that person would do.
~
Practice. Be consistent. Be patient. And have faith.
~
And if you need support during your journey, don't hesitate to ask! You never know who's purpose you'd be fulfilling.

Hey friends! Today I wanted to talk about something that affects so many of us: . When you're feeling down, it can be really hard to find the motivation to do anything at all. But there are some simple things that can help you get moving again. Here's a few tips that have worked for me:

1. Start small. Sometimes even the tiniest tasks can feel overwhelming when you're depressed, so try breaking things down into manageable pieces. Maybe that means just getting out of bed and taking a shower, or making yourself a cup of tea. For me, it's usually doing the dishes.

2. Set achievable goals. When you're feeling low, it can be hard to imagine doing anything at all. But setting small goals for yourself can help give you a sense of purpose and accomplishment. Maybe you want to read one chapter of a book, or take a short walk outside.

3. Reach out for support. You don't have to go through this alone! Talk to a friend or family member, or consider reaching out to a mental health professional if you need more support.

Remember, it's okay to take things one step at a time. You've got this! ❤️
