: Lekki tollgate should be renamed, free -Actor Alex Ekubo

Nollywood Actor, Alex Ekubo, has said that the Lekki Tollgate should be free and renamed in memory of the lives lost on Tuesday, October 20, 2020.

Ekubo, made this known in a post on his Instagram page on Thursday.

He shared a photo from the protest against police brutality, the protest and said, "Dear Nigerian Government, we will NEVER forget this day. 20 - 10 - 20 💔 We will return the favour. 🤞🏾 The Labour of our heroes past shall never be in vain. ✊🏾

"I still maintain, Lekki Toll plaza should be renamed Lekki Memorial Way & remain toll free forever. We paid in full with our blood.🩸”

We saw him being criticized for missing open goals from point blank ranges.

We saw him getting booed by his own fans again and again.

We saw him finishing a La Liga season with just 5 goals to his name and at that point most of the Real Madrid C.F. fans wanting him out.

We saw Cristiano Ronaldo giving up his Penalty to him so that he can get his confidence back and get the love of the fans again.

We saw him clapping for his team mates winning prestigious awards while him being the empty handed.

But we never saw him stopping, We saw him Carrying Real Madrid after cristiano.

We saw people laughed at him when he said in 2015 that he can win the Ballon dor. And yet here he is proving everyone wrong and setting the biggest example of hard work, dedication and perseverance and showing the world he meant what he said.
