I wanted to fall asleep so I thought, “Why not check out Season 3 of Bridgerton because if I got bored I would just pass out…

Well.

4:20 into episode one while getting ready for a shower Colin Bridgerton pops into the scene.

Well.

I pressed paused. Picked out a tank and sexy boxers and jumped into the shower scrubbing my rather masculine sinewy body with a h**p oil and eucalyptus shower gel and thought of Colin Bridgerton.

Sigh.

Missing him dearly I popped out of the shower and and rubbed in my The Ocean Healed my Eczema into my dainty but hairy calves and then finished with a nice shea butter butter all over MY BODY. I’m pronouncing “MY BODY” like Adore Delano on Season 6 of Drag Race during Sn**ch Game where she played Anna Nicole Smith. If you get it you get it. Anyway leaving the bathroom and gently scurrying to my bedroom as to not disturb my housemates I close the door drop my towel letting the cool air rush over MY BODY and sexfully sit down on the bed. When I look up at my screen I see Colin Bridgerton kissing the hand of a lady. Frozen his thin little dainty lips pressed up against the gloves hand of a porcelain gloved porcelain skinned admirer.

1:27 seconds later I gathered my self and rushed off gently but with a saunter. It’s Pride I made it a saunter. A very ghastly saunter but a saunter nonetheless to the kitchen where I needed to scrub the shame from my hands and headed to the fridge and giggled with glee at the slice of turtle cheesecake looking at me lovingly but with a bit of scornful judgement like it knew why I scrubbed my hands so vigorously in the sink. I remind the cheesecake to stay in its lane as I grabbed a shiny steel hard manly fork. I will not be judged by pastry as I saunter back to my room like Norma Desmond from a movie I once watched a review of on YouTube I run into my roommate and well I kind of know what exactly what he is thinking in that moment. I just shrugged my shoulders and closed the door and put that “Is this going to be a conversation “ folder in the back of my brain and thought all I want is to spend the evening with Colin Bridgerton my cheesecake and warm covers.

I’m not good with endings so let me press play jump in bed and see if this Bridgerton thing is a snooze or a cruise.
