When you spend time with your children, it's in those moments that you truly grasp how swiftly time slips away.

We're all caught up in the hustle and bustle of life — our kids are busy with school, and we ourselves engrossed in work and business.

Yet, when we do manage to carve out time for our children, it becomes a cherished highlight—a slice of life that feels like the very best.

The challenge lies in the fact that we often allocate too little time to our kids.

Time, like a fleeting breeze, rushes by, and our children grow up before our eyes.

For instance, I relish cycling alongside my daughter.

Witnessing her progress—how far she can pedal, and her newfound skill in capturing moments with a real camera, not just a smartphone—fills me with pride.

In this shared space, my daughter becomes my content collaborator, providing me with material to share on social media.

Why should we invest more time with our kids?

Because within their laughter, questions, and surprises lie invaluable lessons.

They teach us, and they astonish us with their growth.

So, let's seize these moments, spend more time with our children, and trust me—it's an investment that pays rich dividends in the currency of love and memories.

Three Sci-Fi lessons businesses can learn from the Fallout TV series.

I'm a huge fan of Sci-fi, and here it is why.

When you're reading a sci-fi book or watching a movie, you make a deep dive not only inside the fictional world, but inside all of the aspects of relationships between humans, and tricky life situations.

Everything well-packed beautifully in the idea of the world of tomorrow.

However, the world of tomorrow can be rather with technological advantage everywhere, or ...
.. it can be an example of the worst scenario for the Earth - the result of the nuclear war.

The event, when all the places in the world mostly became inhabited, due to radiation impact which changed the world environment to the wasteland.

This is exactly what was shown in the new Amazon series named Fallout.

The series is based on the popular games Fallout 4, Fallout 76, basically the entire Fallout series.

It's a beautiful game where you're directly participating in the events that are taking place on the wasteland.

You have to be savvy to be able to survive in a post-apocalyptic world.

The game and TV series experience gives us a clear example of why we should care about our planet, our environment, and each other.

Why we should do anything to NOT let such kind of thing as a nuclear event happens.

The series is so awesome that I will watch the entire season again later.

Here are a couple of lessons businesses can get from Fallout.

Lesson 1.

Have a really good strategy before you go out from your shelter because the wasteland is dangerous, and you don't know how things can turn out.

You have to be ready for every scenario, including the dangerous one.

In a wasteland, our enemies are mutated fauna and humans.

In the real world, the worst enemies for the business are AI algorithms on search engines and socials, which cut our reach.

Plan your life and business strategy well!

Lesson 2.

Make sure you have enough food and clean water because you don't know how long you need to spend in the wasteland under radiation influence on your body.

For the business, we need a backup plan to survive during turbulences, like food and water. It would be great to have our own list of subscribers (messaging app chatbot, phone numbers, and email).

This is our plan B when things go wrong.

Lesson 3.

And you may need a clear map of your journey to avoid dangerous locations.

So make sure you have a clear customer journey map and an understanding of your client's journey.

Last night, we experienced another massive attack involving missiles and battle drones in my country, which I completely slept through.

All I remember is hearing the first raid alert siren and then the last raid alert siren, which signaled the end of the raid alert.

But the missiles themselves, which whistled near my city, I don't remember at all.

Also, I don't remember feeling the vibration from a distant explosion, don't remember a bottle of water falling to the floor during the vibration from that explosion.

And I guess I don't remember how much our little doggy was scared because my daughter and I slept completely through the attack.

Honestly, I'm tired of being scared because I'm not scared anymore of any missiles and battle drones.

And if you ask me about peace negotiations and ceasefire, I say no.

Because we have already signed a lot of papers, conducted numerous peace negotiations, and agreed to several ceasefires, for example, in 2014, which led us to the war today.

So anything we sign now, just like that, will amount to nothing more than just another war in the next couple of years.

So, the only thing we need is weapons, which allow us to eliminate all the occupiers from our land.

Then, maybe, we can talk about peace.

But until then, no!

Meanwhile, I'll make sure to stay healthy, mindful, rest well, to be able to care for my family and business, because I need to move on.

This is the life we have in Ukraine now.

Parasitizing on influencers names is a road to nowhere.

Occasionally, I can see how people try to tweak, bypass, or overcome social media platform algorithms by tagging someone known in their posts.

Usually, people choose to tag an influencer with a big name and millions of followers.

A typical story looks something like the success story of a big name.

So, users spend time studying the influencer's biography, craft and post a cool story about the influencer.

As a result, users followers recognize big name in the story, and start interacting more actively by liking and commenting on the post.

It all looks great.

Personally, I've even liked and commented on several posts like that.

But here's the catch: instead of spending time writing our own story and promoting our business, we spend time and energy essentially promoting some big name, an influencer itself.

And I think it sucks.

One of the coolest ways to utilize AI-driven chatbots on your website is by easily delivering promised lead magnets to users.

For example, if you offer a high-value PDF about XYZ, instead of directing users to a webform or an entire landing page where they need to provide their email and name, consider adding a webchat feature to your website.

I hate AI!

This is what I told myself over a year ago.

Not because AI is bad - it's super cool.

But I was pi**ed off from AI hype all around without real practical cases for business.

Once I asked in one of the chatbots-related communities about "any cases of using AI with chatbots and how it helped increase sales, in numbers please?'

The answer was - "None" or "Some of them are still in development".

All I saw every day was how people interacted with ChatGPT or created another AI-generated image.

Honestly, I hated not AI itself, but that fluffy hype.

Meanwhile, I stepped back and searched for the right and interesting tool to bring value to the business.

This is how I found out about

Now it changed the whole game!

I started abandoning the other tools one by one.

Let me tell you a story about me.

My name is Bohdan, I'm from Lviv city, Ukraine - the country where war ongoing for over two years.

I have a strong tech and marketing background.

23 years ago I used my simple graphics design skills to create posters and flyers for my Techno party (I a am DJ with a long story, but let's keep it for later ;) ).

We had a very tough last few days.

Mar 22 at 3 am russia did again massive missiles hit the critical infrastructure of Ukraine, mostly electrical generation and substations.

So, on Mar 23 due to lack of sleep, I completely forgot about World Puddy Day.

Last night we had another missile and battle drones hit.

The missiles flew about our city, distant explosions were constantly happening for a couple of hours.

Blast waves slowly move the wind inside our home and cause doors to shake a bit.

But it's ok, we had even worse before ...

When missiles hit the ground at a distance of 1 km by a straight line from your home experience is completely different!

About 4 weeks ago we got our cute doggy, and the next morning massive missiles happened.

This is when our puppy, named Teddy, experienced that kind of event.

Last night, early morning he bravery spent time with my daughter and wife in the corridor, sort of shelter between two walls.

But now he is a bit older and can feel when something is wrong, so he squealed from time to time during explosions.

This kind of thing any child or puppy should never have experienced.

But it seems humans haven't learned their lesson and more wars are coming around the globe.

But all I got is whatever is happening is to stay strong.

I have a business to do, and a family to care for.

And war ...
.. war never changes.

TikTok will be banned soon.

Maybe not that fast, but I've been following this trend for quite a while.

Here are my initial thoughts on the potential ban of TikTok in the USA.

Pros.: Right about the time!👍 We need to stop that level of stupidity, lol.
"Bye-bye China".

Cons.: Democracy, freedom?!.. Well, I still support blocking!

Yes, I know, many people love being on TikTok for business purposes and having great results.

I don't like TikTok as a platform and its trends in every way.

But still, I decided to launch a TikTok a week ago for testing purposes.

For now got nothing but a couple hundred useless views.

LinkedIn is my primary platform, all the others, are just to cross-post the content.

I expanded to the rest of the platforms in 2024 with one purpose - to test the results after one month of simple activities - just post content.

Two more weeks to go with TikTok.

Anyways, what are your thoughts about potential TikTok blocking in the USA and then in the EU?
