Het Louwman Museum wil de collectie gaan uitbreiden, maar we zijn er nog niet uit welk model echt iets toevoegt aan de geschiedenis van de automobiel. Is dat de SsangYong Rodius, de Pontiac Aztek, de Ford Aspire of misschien de Chrysler PT Cruiser? We zijn benieuwd naar je mening!

One of Rétromobile’s highlights is the grand trio of the auctions taking place at or near the show. The auctions of Artcurial, Bonhams and RM Sotheby’s are a spectacle on their own. Rétromobile is the first car show that reached the levels of its pre-covid zenith. Compared to the half-hearted 2022 effort, the show returned to the same halls with similar exhibitor space, and everything we loved was there. The last weekend kickstarted the car show season with a bang. This was our first time at the International Racing Show, but it will remain a stable item on our agenda. The event is hosted by Kortrijk Xpo, and it occupied three modern and well-designed halls filled with cars and lots of action. Exhibition halls do not need much, just a neutral background and some decorative lighting, and this appeared to be the guiding principle that the Xpo's infrastructure follows....

Autoworld finished the year with a bang: its Porsche - Driven by Dreams exhibition promises over 60 unique Porsche cars, including 22 stunning Porsches straight from the factory museum. As usual, the curators arranged information sheets and a decoration to embed the exhibits to explain the personalities behind the brand and the shared passion of Porsche. The ground floor hosts a selection of 911 specimens from the first generation to the current 2023 model, with iconic versions like the Targa, Turbo, GT3 or the Belgian Legend edition to honour the anniversary of legendary race driver Jacky Ickx....
