Deal damage within 10s of landing from the Whirlpool at Hydro 16. There's a technique to this, and if I were to put this into written words than it'd be this. Land at the Damn near the underwater Hyrdo 16, pick up a weapon and some ammo, jump the damn and swim towards the Whirlpool, wait till you see a target and drown, go boom! woosh! open your glider, land as close to the enemy, damage the enemy, you could also use your harvesting tool, that's still considered damage, just make sure you do this within 10 seconds.
