比賽細則：
- 每日接受參賽者透過網上或Apps報名參加。
- 以Big Echo官方網站，每日的投票及觀看次數，決定每日的一位勝出者；每日以下午6時的結果為準。
- 每個星期6為「每日之星」及其他優秀參賽者進行面試，進行「每週之星」選拔。
- 一個月後，再進行「每月之星」的面試。面試由評判從「每週之星」選拔中選出10強，再由評判，為10強評分，並且選出頭5 位及當月冠軍。
- 未能贏得月冠的10強或5強參賽者，仍有可能被挑選參與季

選賽。
- 假若上月冠軍已存在，就會即埸與上月冠軍比試，假若上月冠軍嬴了當月冠軍，即視為連勝。
- 直到3或4個月後，連任冠軍會安排與其他優秀參賽者在大會堂、演講廳等大埸地進行季選賽。
- 連勝10個月便成為百萬巨聲。

如何贏取獎金：
- 每月冠軍即時取得1000元正，3個月免費藝人訓練課程及2000元累積獎金。
- 月冠連任後，累積獎金會倍翻（2000x2=4000），如在季選賽再次勝出，獎金會再倍翻，如始類推。
- 連勝10個月後，獎金便會累積到100萬，成為百萬巨聲。
