as a favor to a very close personal friend I am posting this, not that i don't believe in it, just that i don't usually post this kind of thing on my page... but.. alas....sometimes we just need a little reminder that we ARE NOT ALONE!! even though it may feel that way some days.....

I certainly know who my only friends will be but here goes nothing. Because this means a lot to me personally. I'm going to make a bet, that out of my friends less than 4 will take the time to put this on their wall to help raise awareness of Mental Health (PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health diagnoses) difficulties.
No one should be alone in this ❤️❤️
