Happy 4th of July everyone🇺🇲 I made a single serve peach cobbler to celebrate! I used fresh organic peaches sweetened w/ allulose and the crust is with whole wheat flour, and scoop of carb smart vanilla. Smackin!

Happy Summer Solstice 🌞 I'm celebrating bay area style because it's cold today with some chili dog fries!

I used Wolf Texas chili w/ beans, smart dogs, Jumbo Crinkle French Fries, and Unsweetended plain yoggurt on top. This came out so good! This totally fit my craving!

Macros: 25g Protein, 15g Fat, 38 Carbs, and 6g Fiber.

I'm experimenting with different recipes and this is keto tortilla pizza topped with crushed tomatoes, mozzarella, ground turkey, mushrooms, pineapple, and a tiny bit of onion.

I like it! It's not take out but a nice lower carb/ lower calorie option. I normally make at least two. I'm definitely gonna add this into my recipe rotation. I love pizza!

Feeling a bit under the weather so I made a high protein and fiber chicken noodle soup with one chicken broth and one bone broth (9 grams of protein per a serving) . Then I added chicken, celery, ginger root, carrots, Farfalle protein pasta ( 10 grams of protein per a serving) and herbs and spices. It came out so good!

More protein salmon kraut sando. Don't knock till you try it. I used Dave's Killer Thin Bread, canned salmon, vg mayo, greek yogurt it hads more proten and lower calories than mayo, and beet kraut.

I needed to add some more probotics this week due to unexpected antibiotics. Happy gut happy life. I had a ginger komucha with this as well.

Lats post, I made banana pudding! I used cheesecake sugar-free jello pudding with almond milk and whole foods vanilla Wafers and keto whip cream by truwhip and organic bananas. It was good. I made it like 3 more times I had to stop lol.
