शुरुआत से ही दिल्ली कि इस जगह को देखने का, इसकी अलग अलग बनावट को जांचने का आकर्षण था और क्यो ना हो ?
आखिरकार भारतीय उपमहाव्दीप का पहला मकबरा यही तो है जो इतना बडा और गुंबद के साथ बनाया गया है ।
ताजमहल सबको पता ही होगा जो सफेद संगमरमर के पत्थरों से बना है जिसे शाहजहां यानि मुहम्मद खां खुर्रम ने अपनी बेगम अर्जुमंद बानो यानि मुमताज के लिए बनाया और उसके 100 साल पहले यह हुमायूँ का मकबरा शाहजहां के दादा हुमायूँ कि याद में उनकी बेगम हमीदा बानो बेगम यानि बेगा बेगम ने लाल बलुआ पत्थरों से बनवाया ।
यहां की बाग़ जो मकबरे को चारों ओर से घेरे हुए हैं जिनके बीच में से छोटे छोटे नाले बनाए गए है जहां बैठकर कुछ पल व्यतित किए जो रोमांच से भरे थे जो शायद ही कोई इस जगह महसूस करें😁
