Want your business to be the top-listed Media Company?
ASK NOT WHAT AMERICA CAN DO FOR “US”…BUT FOR WHAT “WE” CAN DO FOR OURSELVES.
This thought came to mind when I started thinking about the issues facing us as Descendants of Slaves (DOS) and the role by which we all should play in order to empower ourselves. Each one of us has a role to play when it comes to determining what needs to be done to move towards Black empowerment.
I suggest that we should set up one big corporate Black America, complete with a Board of Directors, chosen by an independent group, an executive director chosen by the board of directors, along with other CEO’s who head various divisions. The staff should be broken down into different departments and/or units to fulfill individual group tasks. These departments and units should include Education, Entrepreneurship, Social Justice, Youth Development, Land Ownership and Real Estate, Community Relations, and Politics.
Once we have established such a corporation, each and every DOS should determine which unit they have the most talent and then FULFILL THE MISSION.
Thoughts, anyone?
