they say you glow differently when you’re in love 🥰
when the body is bodying and the bikini is bikining 🥰🏝️🌊🇨🇺
the other day i was talking to my bf and he said “i find it surprising that you never asked me what i think of your flat chest” and I laughed and said “cause I don’t see having a flat chest as a flaw that I need validation for from you” 💁🏻♀️ like for real i’m so confident that i’m a bad bitch and my body is so fu***ng sexy and people’s opinions (even my bf’s) DON’T matter because the ONLY opinion that matter is MY OWN 🥰🔥
I love myself so much, i’m feeling more confident and happier than ever, and i think to live your dream life you have to start with accepting everything about yourself and not giving a f*ck about what anyone has to say! Keep going queens!👑 you’re so beautiful and sexy in your own way!! love youuuuu ❤️

i may not have her chest but i have her hair hehe 😚 who says I can't cosplay as a character with a big chest? It's wrong to tell a woman she can't dress up as a character because she "doesn't have the body type for it". Women in real life AND fictional characters are so much more than their bodies!

wearing bodysuits like this makes me feel so empowered. For the longest time I shied away from trying them on because I thought only curvy girls would look good in them. After all, bodysuits like these were made to "accentuate curves", and even the girls in drawings, animation and media never have bodies like mine when they wear these. I wanna break yet another "rule" for our bodies to follow. It doesn't matter if you have too much curves or none at all—our bodies deserve to be shown the same way. So what if you wear clothes that "aren't for your body type"? Wear whatever costume you want for Halloween and love yourself wearing it!!
why do i wanna go back to school again 😂 (guess which year i graduated 👀🤫)

EVERY BODY IS A BIKINI BODY! 💙 (even tho i’m not wearing a bikini here but u know what i mean ;)
Who gets to define what a "bikini body" should be? Our bodies come in all shapes and sizes, with unique features that make us beautifully diverse. Whether you're curvy, petite, hairy, or hairless, we ALL deserve to feel stunning and confident in our beachwear!
I get bloated throughout the day, but that does not make me feel any less cute bc it's just natural!! Let's remember to be kind to ourselves this summer and shift our focus to how we're caring for our bodies instead of judging how we look.
Go ahead and rock those bikinis, feel incredible and confident bc you deserve it! 🌴👙
Spring is hereeee 💐💜🕊️ and while taking these pictures, it got me thinking about flowers 🥹🌸 They don’t compete with each other, nor do they compare themselves, they simply just bloom. Each flowers is gorgeous and unique on its own, just like how each of us is special and beautiful in our own way.
We often spend so much time and energy comparing ourselves to others, feeling envious of their achievements, their looks, their relationships. We may think that tearing others down will somehow make us feel better about ourselves, but the truth is, envy only creates a toxic cycle of comparison and negativity, preventing us from recognizing and celebrating our own strengths and accomplishments.
It's important to remember that our own self-worth is not diminished by the success of others, and that there is enough joy and abundance in the world for all of us. We all have something unique to offer. We all have our own beauty and gifts, our own talents and passions. And just like flowers, we can all thrive in our own way, if we allow ourselves to bloom.
So the next time you compare yourself to someone else, remember the flowers. Remember that you don't need to be like anyone else to be happy or successful. You just need to be you, and let your own light shine. Let's focus on our own growth and life path, and know that you are exactly where you need to be. Let's celebrate our own unique beauty and talents, and let others do the same.
Love you 🤍
Hiiiii ~ wishing u a (late) happy new year…
I hope you are doing well both mentally and physically!
I was going through these pictures and found myself feeling proud & tearfully filled with joy for all the progress I have made to love myself…
For so many years of my life, I was hiding my body. I tried so many ways to hide how my body looks – wearing baggy clothes, never going out without wearing a push-up bra that doesn’t even fit me, never wearing bikinis or bodycon dresses. I was ashamed of how my body looked and I could not wrap my head around how someone could ever think of me as “sexy” for the way I look. Now looking at these pictures, I feel the drastic switch in my mindset over the years. I love how I look in this bikini! I feel so relieved not needing to hide my body anymore, and I am no longer ashamed of it. Instead, I love to show off my natural body and all the “imperfections” that our society tells us to hide away. I have grown to be comfortable in my skin and appreciate it for all its natural forms. The journey has not been easy, but we can all do this by taking just one small step at a time.
I love you, and i wish u all the best for the new year 🤍
hi, how are u 🤍:’)
I’m back to feeling better 🥰 I loved being in Toronto so much! I’ve been prioritizing my mental health and eased back into work slowly. This rest period also help me learn a lot of things. In July, I was dealing with depression and burnout when I literally lost all my interest to create and be productive. I would have angry outbursts and felt irritated over the smallest things. Life felt empty and I just wasn’t happy most of the time. I felt like I would be faking it smiling and acting all happy on camera, so I barely released a video.
But things have changed so much this month 🥰 Things feel so much easier. Instead of feeling dreaded when I have to do something I know that needs to be done, I asked myself “What if doing this could be EASY?” and that mindset shift literally changed everything!! Seeing things as “easy” instead of “hard”, as simple as it sounds, really brought back my motivation and the passion I have for not only my work but also my life in general. Life doesn’t have to be hard and I deserve to feel good, I realized that.
Just wishing you a good week and hope you remember to take care of yourself and your mental health. TAKE A BREAK IF YOU NEED TO!! No one is more important than you in your life! Put yourself first always 🫶 Love youuu 🤍
My shirt said it all 🙌 i haven’t worn a bra in 4 years and never looked back! I used to wear padded/wired/ push up bras whenever I went out and it was sooo uncomfortable 🥲 i honestly think we all look better without all the extra padding!
Giving up bras was one of the best things I did for my confidence. It helped me to truly learn to accept and love the look and feel of my flat chest. And yes… people do stare sometimes but honestly I’m done with caring about what other people think more than doing what really feels good to me. Do whatever make you happy and feel best in 🤍 love you!
I turned 24 today! 🥹🎉

It is a sad reality that many women feel unsafe and vulnerable when walking outside at night... I always make sure to cover up and not draw attention when walking outside at night. To all the girles that like to take walks at nigh - stay in well-lit areas and try to go with a friend/family member if you can! I love you and please stay safe out there!!

Society profits from your insecurities, so don’t give your power away 💗 you can decide what is “beautiful” and “perfect” for yourself, and not listen to what other people and society tell you how you need to change to fit in or to be more “desirable”. #bodyimage #bodypositivity #bodyconfidence #flatchested #flatchest #selflovejourney #selflove #selfconfidence #confidence #loveyourbody #selfacceptance #beautystandards #insecure #insecurity #bodyshaming #claradao #feminine

Watch till the end.. 🖤 Your body is precious. Nothing can ever change that. People can say whatever they want. But we can also believe whatever WE want 🖤 Today, let’s choose to believe that.. We are beautiful We are loved We are enough. Your body doesn’t have to look like any body else’s. Cause a healthy body is a beautiful body. ⬇️ Click here to watch my video ⬇️ https://youtu.be/6PW1jp7Cr0s Having small boobs can make you feel insecure and less of a woman. I totally get it. I'm completely flat-chested, and you know what? I'm PROUD of it and I LOVE my small boobs so much that I would never go under the knife to alter them. I believe all boobs are beautiful no matter what size they are, and everyone should be able to feel comfortable in their own skin, proud and happy with what they have. I definitely don't look like typical "sexy" girls that are usually portrayed in the media. I have no curves, I'm super skinny and my chest is completely flat (my bra size is 32AA). But regardless of that, I love myself and my body unconditionally. The process of learning to accept and especially LOVE how my body looks was a long and challenging one. I, of course, had experienced deep insecurity, unhealthy comparison, and even bully and ridicule because of my flat chest. I even thought of having a boob job to make my boobs bigger, but luckily, I gave up the idea before it was too late. I deeply understand what you may go through as a growing teenager where every girl around you seem to have bigger breasts than you, and you just feel like you're the only one with small boobs. I've been there SO MANY TIMES. So trust me when I said I know how it feels. But over time, I learn that everyone is created in their own unique and beautiful way. Small boobs, big boobs, doesn't matter, once you learn to love yourself for who you truly are, boobs size become irrelevant. Or maybe you even learn to appreciate it, to see the perks and the bright side of having small boobs, and meet someone who doesn't mind your flat chest because they love you for what's truly important: your mind, your personality, your character, not just for the size of your breast. And you know what, you don't have to have big boobs to look sexy. WHO SAYS THAT A FLAT CHEST CANNOT BE SEXY? If you believe th
