Life changing thoughts.
Want to change your life? Change your thoughts. Many say that, but never say how to do it.
Many feel changing ones life is a radical idea, humans are born into change. Humans change their world all the time. But how does a single person person change their life.
Humans have life patterns. Birth, life, death. That's the truth and what one does, one lives with. Good or bad. Many feel they can't change their past, and that's true, but one can change how they feel about those thoughts and memories.
The idea of change isn't and idea, it's a reality each heart possesses. Wanting to change is enough to begin. Using one's mind and heart is where the real action happens. One thought at a time.
Start where you are, how you feel about yourself, your life, your relationships and the desired changes one wishes to allow. Write it down, make a list of the good things in your life. Express gratitude and take your time. Don't leave out any details. After all this is life changing. Don't be afraid think big to pursue one's goals and ideas.
Now read that soulful and heartfelt message. Read it silently and then read it out loud. You have completed that first and most important step. As it's about you, your goals and desires.
Expressing those goals and desires, bring them closer to reality. The more one tries, the better the results. So keep adding to that movement. The more the better. Keep seeking and speaking those desires.
Many are trapped in a one way thought, trapped by past thoughts and actions. They feel guilt and lesser emotions about their being. This too can be changed. By the same process, by intentionally finding a thought that replaces one's current "less than the best thoughts".
Humans have a great means to change. And though one may not be able to change the past, one can change how they feel about that past. By bringing in new thoughts, starts that energetic change.
Let's say, one committed a crime and maybe spent time in jail, that's a hard thing for many to move past, society may stigmatize you. But how you feel about yourself matters more. And if you view that past as a "lived and learned lesson". One can move on, thinking of past actions as learning experiences is a life changer.
One may want a relationship, each spirit has many failed relationships. Failed friendships, failed romantic ideas, failed to progress relationships. One may question why? But it is as it should be for one's soul evolution. Many never find "the love of their lives" by failing to seek that connection.
I don't want you to write that down, but I do want you to be aware of what you DO want in a relationship. Write that down. Find kindness and courage as you express your desires. Take your time and write it out. Then read that heartfelt message silently and again out loud.
This radiates one's thoughts, one's energy, one's current point of view. It's evolving into what you want for you.
This is a personal experience, a way to move past that "old energy" and evolve into new. Because it's thoughts and action of writing, it's a powerful vibration. And action creates attraction. So rereading one's wants continues one on that new desired lesson.
Do it often and embrace your new reality as you have moved into a new radiance of being, allowing. Open your heart and allow your heart to shine.
