Then u need to wipe your tears and as u are you need to tell yourself what an amazing job you have done to express your pain and actually experience it Then u slowly through the day make it a lil better and find new small ways to make urself happy of little things or even to be proud of making it through that day of hurt by just living thinking and then giving yourself the credit you deserve!
