Robin Albers returned with French partner RICOSLIDE, known together as Electronic Bodyguard for their 2nd album 'Exquisite', released 1 year ago featuring 14 tracks, including ‘Stronger’ released a few weeks earlier with Eastern flutes and echoing gongs quickly give way to a hypnotic synth riff, crisp downtempo beats and shards of vocal, for a synapse stroking, scene setting introduction to this immersive LP followed by 13 other tracks with everything from soul vocals, brass rifs, laid back electric guitar, hazy memories of vintage era, flamenco guitar licks, sax tones & kick drums.

Another throwback from Real Balearic, slowing down the tempo for two tracker the electric sounding (and eclectically named) Sad Radio On Cassini ‘Blue Sky’ released 5 years ago. “Blue Sky" opens the release it's a track both joyous and uplifting but somehow forlorn at the same time. Sparkling synths, optimistic sound washes and a smattering bells and synth-plucks envelope themselves into a fine musical work. "Sun Glitters Tribute" back the lead track. It is a slower and more grainy in approach. The uplifting arpeggios are there again but this time backed by a gritty bassline and mororik drive.

It’s time once more to take a excursion to the slick summer sounds from Dan's studio with the "Hope For The Future" EP released 5 years ago. Inspired by a wide range of influences; from 80s electro-pop, disco, psychedelia, kraut-rock through to 70s style smooth music. This 4 trackers opens up with a stabby synth bass groove and pedaling guitar line over the top. Leading into 2 remixes from Reverse 68 which is all about a clubbed up bass and slick 808 drum sounds & guitar and smooth drum patterns. Rounding off with a Jazz leaning sensibility and snaking lead guitar all wrapped up with that high level of production gloss that Sorcerer always delivers with.

It is with great pleasure that we welcome the UK producer Budd on board, with his first single entitled 'Sisters & Brothers' out on Feb 4th 2022

The Birmingham native has been making an eclectic variety of music over the last decade from touring, to soundtracking TV and Film, then establishing the BUDD project with focuses on breaks, progressive and 80's inspired sounds. This release highlights all of the strings in his bow.

The release sets sail with the title track "Sisters & Brothers". This emotive, downtempo track incorporates an uplifting piano composition with melodic synths. The minimal drum elements give space for the ambient pads to coat the track in a warm and angelic atmosphere.

The single is accompanied with a second track "Talk The Talk". This rhythmic track is driven by a deep gliding bass that underlines the pads and shuffling percussion. The jazzy lead synth hook is combined with piano chords and ethereal strings which unite together in harmony.
