Friends, Most People Do Abortion Not Because They Don't Love The Baby Inside Of Them, But Because Of What People (The Church) Will Say, Because Of Their Positions In Church, Because They Will Not Be Allow To Do That Which They Love, And Do For Free In Church.

Note: This Is Not Me Accepting Fornication, But I'm Saying When She's Pregnant, The Church Should Show Love Not Bitterness, Show Acceptance Not Rejection, Closeness Not Kicked Out

Teachings

There was once an India beggar who use to sit on a street by a busy road with a bowl of rice, and passes by will throw in a few rice into the bowl so the beggar might have something to eat. One day as he is sitting there he notices this beautiful chariot and the beggar said to himself, i hope and pray this chariot stops and the man inside gives me something. Exactly that happen, the chariot stops and the prince of India steps out from the chariot.

Now, as the India prince looks to the beggar, he said to him, "I want you to give me some of your rice,". The beggar almost speechless says to himself, you the rich man want me the poor man to give you some rice, but he did, he gave him one grain of rice. Then the prince said, common on, give me some more of your rice, is that all you have got, and by now the beggar is getting angry but again, he agreed, he gave him one grain of rice. Then the prince said i want you to see how much of your rice you will agree to give me, so give me some more of your rice. Hmm, the beggar almost losing it, pulls out one final grain of rice, and says that's enough. So the beggar looks up to the sky in almost disbelief and then notice that the chariot had left, as he leaves, he looks down to his bowl and notice that there are three pi**es of gold in his bowl, and suddenly its clicks,If only i gave the prince more of my rice, he would have given me more gold.

Friends, we give The Prince, Jesus our rice here on earth, and in heaven He promise to reward us with His gold.

Topic: Come To Jesus As You Are

And she said, “Yes, Lord, yet even the little dogs eat the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table.”

Text: Matthew 15:22-28

Teachings

Many teaches that you need to let go of your sins before you come to Jesus, you need to be a good person, before you come to Jesus, you need to stop that bad habit before you come to Jesus. Friends, you don't clean yourself before using the shower, you use the shower so you will be clean. You can't let go of your sins before coming to Jesus, cause any life without Jesus is a sinful life. If everyone knows you as a very good (the best) person, without Jesus in your life its just a filthy rag. Friends, come as you are to the Lord with your needs, and lean on His unfailing and unconditional love for you. You don’t have to pretend to be more than what you are to receive the blessing you need from God. You don’t have to pretend to be someone else to appear more deserving to receive from God.

A Canaanite woman desperately seeking healing for her demon-possessed daughter came to Jesus. (Matthew 15:22–28) Knowing that He healed and did miracles among the Jews, she pretended to be a Jew, calling out, “O Lord, Son of David!” (Only the Jews addressed Jesus as the “Son of David”.) Jesus did not answer her. His silence made her drop her pretense and cry out, “Lord, help me!”

Only when her pretenses had melted away did she see the grace of God extended to her. Jesus made a way for her to receive her miracle even though it was not yet time for the Gentiles to receive His blessings. He told her, “It is not good to take the children’s bread and throw it to the little dogs.”

Many people might be offended at being called a “dog”. Actually, the Greek word used here by Jesus means “puppy”, and is thus an affectionate rather than offensive term. So this woman was not offended. In fact, she knew then that she could receive healing for her daughter because even puppies get to eat what falls from their masters’ table.

She saw that the crumbs under the Master’s table were enough for a Gentile, a “little dog”, like herself. You must understand that the Jews then considered Gentiles dogs. But what Jesus was trying to say was that He was called to the Jews first, not the Gentiles. Yet, He loved this Gentile woman and her daughter enough to provide a “loophole” for them to receive their miracle.

So when the Canaanite woman took her place by dropping the title “Son of David” and just leaned on Jesus’ compassion for her, her daughter was healed from that very hour.

If God was willing to extend His grace to a Gentile, how much more you, His beloved friend! You do not need to depend on pretensions to receive a miracle from Him. Come as you are and lean on His grace. If He has delivered Jesus up for us, “how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things”? (Romans 8:32)

This morning Jesus is calling you, you don't have to pretend to be someone else, you don't have to say, let me go work on/ try to stop my bad habits, then i will come. No, just come as you are to receive all that you need from Jesus. He is in love with you.

Topic: SPEAK THE WORD ALWAYS

Memory Verse: 2Corinthians 4:13

And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak.

Teachings:

Friends, it is not enough for you to merely know the Word in your heart. You must say it. That’s when latent power becomes actual power. When our Lord Jesus was tempted in the wilderness, He did not merely think about Scripture. He spoke it out loud. You can memorize thousands of Scriptures, but if you don’t learn to say, “It is written,” and release the Word, there will be no power. God’s power is there, but it is all lying dormant inside you. The moment you speak it out, it is as if God is speaking. God’s Word in your mouth is like God speaking. Amen!

Some Christians let fear dominant them and that keeps them away from speaking the Word. Fear is not something you can reason or analyze away. Fear is irrational. There are some fears that come into your life and its takes away any form of positive thinking that is needed to get a positive result. Friends, the only way to defeat fear is to speak the Word of God to whatever fear is in front of you. You have by saying, “It is written.”

It is written—“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind” (2 Tim. 1:7)

Now, I want you to say this out loud: It is written—“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” Do you feel the power that comes with saying this aloud?

This is the truth: God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. I don’t care what kind of fears you are battling with—fear of growing old, fear of starting again, fear of contracting this or that disease, fear of losing your job, fear of failure. Whatever the fear that has come against you, declare, “It is written.”

What if the fear comes back? Then say it again! Sometimes, I speak Scriptures over my situation in the morning, in the afternoon, and in the evening. Whenever the fear comes back, I speak the Word of God. If the devil wants a fight, give him one! Give him the sword of the Spirit and he will get the point every time. There are many Scriptures you can memorize. Write down the Scriptures that cover the areas of your need, and arm yourself with them.

Let me end with this reminded, "it's the same amount of energy that is applied in speaking the negative, that is also applied in speaking the positive", so please let's always be positive and always speak the Word of God into our life's.

Topic: The Power Of Attorney

Memory Verse: John 14:12

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

Teachings

Jesus has given you the power of attorney. If I send you to Abuja, Nigeria to conduct my business, I won't go there in person but I give you the power of attorney. The term power of attorney refers to a legal authorization that gives a designated person the power to act for someone else. You know what this means, you can sign my checks, you can sign things on my behave, but how much you can sign depends on how much I have.

In the same way, Jesus has given you the power of attorney, to act on His behave, depending on how much Jesus has, now ask yourself, how much does Jesus have? In 1Corinthians 15:27, the scriptures say, “God has put all things under his authority.” In Matthew 28:18, the bible says, "...All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth."

Jesus has far above all powers and might, above every name. So when you pray for the sick you won't pray like you don't know who you representing. You be like, God please heal the sick please heal the sick. Hmm, that is not the kind of prayer you should pray. What you do is, you command the body to be heal, curse that sickness in the name of Jesus. It's as if you are using the power of attorney, even though I am not in Abuja physically, you can do business in my name, like wise, Jesus may not be here physically, He is here in the spirit, and in the power of His name you can command sickness to leave, you can put in and bring out whatever you want. You can speak, and the storm in your life will end, headache will go, all In the name of Jesus.

When God sends Jesus, He gave you everything. When sickness comes you don't run crying, because Jesus has given you the power of attorney, so you should speak to that sickness, my body is not for you in Jesus name.

Friends, in John 14:12, Jesus said you will do greater works. Don't act like you don't know who you are, and who you representing on earth. Look at that challenge in the eye, and speak with confidence,"you are in a wrong address, I command you in the name of Jesus, leave."

Teachings

Oprah Winfrey, an American talk show host once said " one of the mistakes that human being makes is believing that there is only one way to God," and she argues that "there are diverse ways, millions of ways to get to God."

Unfortunately, many Christians today beliefs Christians, Muslims, and other religion call on the same God, this is a Big Lie. In Acts 4:12, the bible says, for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we mush be saved, except the name of The Lord Jesus Christ.

There are three things every human being in the world need to know, and is this, " Jesus Is The Way, The Truth, and The Life.

Why is He the way, because out of all the religions leaders in this world, out of all the presidents and prime ministers, out of every single guru, out of everything and everyone that has ever lived, there is only one who have lived a sinless life, and that is Jesus Christ the Lord.

This is the creator of the universe, this great God came in skin and bone,

This is the one who was born by a virgin,

Came into this world in a little time called Bethlehem not New York City.

This is a man who worked as a carpenter and yet never went against the grain of God's laws.

This is the one who did not make friends with celebrities or sports stars, but with ordinary people like you and I.

Oh yes, He is God, God so powerful but yet He subject Himself to the cross.

He looked on the crowd and have compassion on them because they were like a ship without a shepherd.

He made time for the poor and lonely

He stood by His friend Lazarus,

He was the Lord who did not chase after money, but for our sake He became poor.

He preached from a borrowed boat,

He ride on a borrowed donkey,

He was even buried in a borrowed tomb.

The bible tells us the there was a lamb that was slain, and the spotless and sinuses lamb is Jesus Christ our Lord.

Everyone reading this right now, you were all born sinners, there is no one who says they are pure, holy or can say i did it on my way, no one can say there is millions ways to heaven because there is one way to heaven, it only Christ who paid the price, it's only Christ who has the ability to forgive sin.

Right now He is sitting on the right hand of God the in heaven and one day He is coming back.

Receive Jesus today as your Lord, and you will be save.

Topic: You Have Jesus As Your Wisdom

Memory Verse: 1Corinthians 1:24b

Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

Text: James 3:13-18

Teachings

In proverbs 4:7, the bible teaches us that wisdom is the “principal thing”. God wants us not to go after riches, but after wisdom. When we have wisdom, all the things we seek will follow after us. So never make riches your goal!

Definition
Wisdom is popularly define as
"the quality of having experience, knowledge, and good judgement; the quality of being wise. The definition of wisdom up here is great, but that is not what i bring to you this morning, I am bringing to you, the wisdom of God, Jesus. According to 1Corinthians 1:24b, the bible tells us that Jesus is the wisdom Of God.

You may be asking, Sebastine, what does the bible mean when it says Jesus is the wisdom of God? Let me try and put this in a simple form, and that will take us back to the three things in definition of wisdom I earlier gave.
1. Experience
2. Knowledge
3. Good Judgment

1. When you have Jesus, you have the experience of God, Jesus says in John 8:58, Before Abraham was, I am. When you have Jesus, you have the experience of a Man who was there before the creation of the world.

2. When you have Jesus, you have His Knowledge. Jesus simply knows all things. In John 16:30, His disciples said, truly, "Now we know that You know all things, and have no need for anyone to question You; by this we believe that You came from God." You have a Man that knows everything and everyone.

3. When you have Jesus you have a Fair and Righteous Judge. In 2Timothy 4:8, the bible called Jesus a righteous judge.
When you have Jesus, you have the wisdom of God.

My friends, the bible says in James 1:5, if you lack wisdom, simply ask God for it. He will give it to you “liberally and without reproach." The truth is that He has already given you wisdom when He gave you Jesus, “who became for us the wisdom of God” (1 Cor. 1:30).

So if you are facing a challenges from home, or at work and you don’t know how to resolve it, say, Jesus, You are my wisdom. I thank You that You will provide me with the best solution. If you have a wayward child, say, Jesus, thank You for wisdom in loving and raising this child well. I can tell you this with my full chest, "I am yet to meet a problem bigger than Jesus."

Beloved, you are most blessed to have Jesus, in whom resides all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

Topic: BEING EXCELLENT IN THE WORKPLACE

And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.

Teachings

Since covid, unemployment is at one of the highest level in the world, businesses closing down, people lose their jobs, and the economy is not doing that great.

If we are to keep our positions, and see new opportunities open up, now more than ever we need to be people of excellence. In the world of today, mediocrity is the norm. Many people do as little as they can to get by, they are always, always looking for a short cuts, and the easy way out. Playing at the office, they simply go to work to get paid, and they wonder why they are not being promoted, or see increase coming. Its because Jesus does not bless mediocrity, He blesses excellence.

I'm saying, in all we do, let's do it to the best of our ability.
If you are a teacher, don't be an average teacher, be an excellent teacher.
If you are a plumber, don't be an okay plumber, be a great plumber.
If you are a marketer, don't give it a little effort, make few phone calls, then you get discouraged. No! Come up with new techniques, learn from the people that are in front of you, stay determined, and stay focused. Be a great marketer, get new ideas, make more phone calls, and you will see Jesus working with you.

Whether you are a waitress, actress, a police officer, or a CEO, do it to the best of your ability. You and I should set a standard for excellence. Other people may come to work late, they may complain, they may always cut corners. You shouldn't sit down to their level, don't say, everybody is doing it. Everybody might be doing it, Yes, but you are not everybody, you are a child of The Most High God, God has breath His air into you, you are called for excellence. God want you to set the highest standard.

Your company/work place should use you as the example to others. Your boss should be able to say to the new employees, watch that man, learn from that woman, pick up their habit and drive your skill with them, they are the "cream of the crop."

Friends, I want to inspire you this Monday Morning, don't wake up every morning saying "Oh My God its morning," No, don't let that be you, wake up with enthusiasm, saying,,"Thank God its morning," I get to go to work today to honor God.

Do you know when you look good, you make God look good? When you get promoted it honours God. God has given us His gifts and He is expecting us to be at our very best. Whatever we do, we should do it with our own heart, for you are working under God.

You can say, Oh Sebastine, I love to do that but you don't know my boss, he is hard to work with. You don't know my company, they just don't treat me fine. You have to get a new mind set, you are not working for them, you are working for God. If you start being your best each day and do the right thing even when the wrong thing is happening, God will take care of your boss. God is the one that brings promotion, He is the one that raise one up and bring another down. God can turn the heart of your boss. Yes He Can

If you start being your best, you are honouring God at your workplace. Your boss may never read the bible,but he will read you. Just to show up each day, come to work on time, friendly, with a good attitude, being our best each day. That is a stronger witnessing than reading a dozen scriptures.

In conclusion, being excellent at the work place may not and really may not need some big adjustment, it may mean leaving 10 minutes early so you could get to work on time, It may mean not complaining when your boss ask you to do something, it may mean not to go visiting friends when you are to be working. Just a small thing. The scripture says in Song of Solomon 2:15, "...the little foxes, that spoil the vines...", here is what I have learned, "I don't want something small to keep God from releasing something big," "I don't want a little thing to keep me from becoming everything that God has created me to be." You have to pass the small test. When you are excellent in the workplace, your whole life is giving praise to God.
Be your best each day and you will see Jesus working with you to bless you.

Topic: The Titanic And John Harper Last Convert

Memory Verses: Act 16:31
And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

Who Is John Harpe

John Harper was a Scottish pastor who was on the titanic when it sank. He has been invited to preach in a church at Chicago, he accepted the invitation, and decided to go with his daughter.

Days after the titanic sank, survivals said, they remember seeing John Harper who everywhere he went, he will share the light, but on 15the April, 1912, John Harper put out his bible and read it, just as he did night after night, at 11:40pm that evening, the unsinkable ship hit an iceberg, and began to sink.
So, John Harper refusing to seat on a lifeboat alongside his daughter. He handed over his daughter to those men on the lifeboat and ask them to take care of her, he kissed her, and said goodbye.
Not long after that, survivals remember seeing John Harper, taking off his life jacket and gave it to another passenger. He was giving himself, to save another. Then he went up to the open deck, kneeled down and started praying for the souls on the ship, that they will be save by the Lord Jesus.
Finally, at 2:40am the Titanic disappeared in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. But even the ice cold water didn't stop John Harper from preaching to people to come to Jesus Christ. It was said that he was swimming up to all these people in the water, pleading with them to find a savior and the forgiveness of sin only Christ can offer, but even John Harper later died.

Four years later there was a meeting in Canada, a man stood up and said this, "I am a survival of the titanic", and on that tragic night, i was lying on a very light wood in the ice cold water, when a man swam up to me and said, "Sir, are you saved". I replied to him, "i am not", he cry on the top of his voice, "believe on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved". And then the current swept him away, about an hour later, the current brought him back to me, and he said, "Sir, are you now saved", i replied, "i can honestly say i am not", and he cry out "believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved". Shortly after that, he disappeared beneath the cold water of the Atlantic, and there below, with me two miles of water beneath me, "I Believed".

Scene One

(Hymn: Do You Know My Jesus hymn playing on the background)

(Scene opens with an Old Man walking in on stage)

(Ademola walking in carrying a great burden of load on his head)

(Ademola walked pass the Old Man, then the Old Man called him by name)
(Stop music)

Old Man: Ademola

Ademola: Good morning Old Man, please do i know you

Old Man: Ademola Omo Aremu

Ademola: Old Man, do You know me

Old Man: Yes, I know you, even before you were conceived in your mother's womb.

Ademola: Hmm, that is strange

Ademola: Old Man, when i walked in, i couldn't help but to notice every one here(pointing to the congregation) including myself, are carrying a burden of load on their heads and shoulders, except You.

Ademola: You look so old and very strong, how old are you, if i may ask

Old Man: I am the Ancient of Days, I was before the creation of the heavens and the earth, I have been and will be from everlasting to everlasting.

Old Man: I am here today to take that burden away from anyone who desires to follow me.

Ademola: If this is a joke, just stop it and say something else

Ademola: (turned to the congregation but be flexible ie know when to turn back) We were all born with these burden of load on our heads and shoulders, and we have grown to live with it, and as we get older, so also our burdens grows alongside with us.

Ademola: Old Man, is not that we have not tried to take these load off our shoulders, but it can't be taken off, no one can take it off.

Old Man: My words says, In Matthew 11:28, "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."

Ademola: Old Man, its not just about me. These loads were passed to me by my father, which were passed to him by his father, and I will pass it to my children. Its moves from generation to generation.

Ademola: Also, if You are able to save me, how about my wife, my children, and my love ones, will You be able to save them too.

Old Man: My words, in Romans 10:13 says, For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Old Man: Ademola Omo Aremu, come closer (he came closer)

Old Man: Do you believe In me

Ademola: Yes I believe

(The Old Man took the heavy burden of load off his head)

(For the first time in his life, Ademola Aremu was FREE, able to walk around without a burden on his head/shoulders)

(You can imagine the joy and happiness)

Ademola: (he ran out and came back in with his wife, children and anyone he could find around to meet the Old Man)

(One by One, Person by Person, they met the Old Man, and he says to them)

Old Man: Do you believe

Mr. Bello: There you are (looked up and laughed) (looked into the pot)

Mr. Bello: As i have called you, so have you answered. People says you are smart, everyone speaks good about you, and no one even acknowledge me whenever you are presents. You always talk about your Father, like we all don't have a father. But its sad, cause your time has come to an end, let me see how your Father will save you now.

Mr. Bello: There you are inside the black pot of darkness (brought out a knife)
