The PUP Filmbayan, commonly known as Filmbayan is a non-stock, non-profit, duly-recognized, university-wide student film organization under the University Center for Culture and the Arts, we are committed to serve the PUP community and raise social awareness through the use of multimedia, film appreciation and understanding, and as well as to other forms of artistic expression. It is the only film

organization for students in the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, established on August 22, 2014. The organization strives to welcome film enthusiasts among Iskolar ng Bayan, create an audience who supports independent films and promote films that enlightens and move them in to action. The organization's name FilmBayan, emphasize the advocacy of the group to serve the Filipino community by creating and showcasing films for the People.
