Clandestino Local News is a new filmed documentary project that will begin in Brazil and will work its way back to New Mexico. The series, however, is not focusing on my personal journey, it will be about the individuals encountered along the way. The title Clandestino suggests secretive or lesser-known information, while local news is the subject matter of the series. Mini episodes will explore d

ifferent aspects of local cultures that have previously been misrepresented or have perhaps never had the chance to tell their own stories. The project will focus on forging human connections (regardless of language and culture barriers), with the ultimate goal of exposing the vivid similarities of those featured in the series and its viewers. After all, we are all just finding our own ways to survive in an ever-changing environment.
