HOW I GOT BACK MY HACKED ACCOUNT!!🙏🙏

My worst nightmare came true. Two days before my birthday. What timing hey?

I was literally on my DMs with a client when I got logged out. At first I thought it was an Instagram glitch so I tried to refresh the page. When I went back into the login page and put my password, it was incorrect. It had to be hacked and I freaked out!

I just opened a message sent to me regarding verification because I actually requested for it through the app last week. And that was it they had full control over my account.

Took about 48 hrs to recover it but I’m glad I got it back and connect with you all again!🥰

Make sure to have your 2 FACTOR AUTHENTICATION ALWAYS ON. I thought I did but it must have gone off updating the app at some point🙈

Big thanks to and for helping me with their tips on how they got back their accounts.

The journey had some breathtaking views, passing through the southern reaches of the beautiful Sherbrooke Forest and being able to sit on the carriage sill with your legs out in the open is the best kind of FREEDOM!

I’m gonna talk about TROLLING which has been around for a while but I’ve noticed I’ve been getting attacked quite often lately.
I get people saying “I’m fake” and trying to be someone else. And the recent one was targeting the culture I’ve been brought up with.
I wonder what cheap thrills people do get but the best way I’ve realised to react to them is by not giving them attention. They enjoy the reactions they get from you.
I usually just ignore them but I had to name and shame the recent one because I see it happening so often and I think it’s important for people to be more aware about them.
Most often these trolls are jealous of what you’re doing and how you’re succeeding so don’t ever let them bring you down.
Keep creating content you’re proud of and your genuine followers will keep supporting you 🥰

Lockdown means everyone wants to cook and since I had the next two days off, I decided I’d get into the kitchen and whip up a dish that I absolutely LOVE eating.

Knowing I can’t go back to India anytime soon or can’t go over to my cousins place here, I did my own version of the famous Prawn Koliwada🍤🍤
Recipe adapted from the extremely talented YouTube channel-

I figured last minute I didn’t have gram flour/besan so used self raising flour and surprisingly came out just as crispy.
Also, wanted to spice it up more so added a few more spice powders.

Don’t forget to SAVE this for your lockdown cooking adventures. It’s super easy to make and so much fun to eat!

RECIPE👇👇
500g prawn, cleaned and deveined
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp self raising flour
1 tbsp rice flour
Water to make batter
Salt to taste

Method:
In a bowl, add the ginger garlic paste and spices to the prawns. Allow to marinate for about an hour.
Add in flours and extra chilli if you like to create a batter.
Deep fry in a pot of hot oil.
Dry off excess oil and serve hot with some mint chutney.

Cozy up this winter with my homemade pesto gnocchi! 🥔🌿 Pillowy gnocchi meets vibrant pesto for the perfect cold-weather comfort food. Here’s the recipe 👇👇Ingredients: For the Gnocchi: • 2 large potatoes • 1 cup all-purpose flour • 1 egg • Salt • For the Pesto: • 2 cups basil leaves • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan • 1/2 cup olive oil • 1/3 cup pine nuts • 3 garlic cloves • Salt and pepper Instructions: Make the Gnocchi: •Bake potatoes at 400°F for 45 minutes, then peel and mash. •Combine mashed potatoes, flour, egg, and salt to form a dough. •Roll dough into ropes, cut into pieces, and boil until they float (2-3 minutes).Make the Pesto: •Blend basil, Parmesan, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor. •Slowly add olive oil while blending until smooth. •Season with salt and pepper. HOW I GOT BACK MY HACKED ACCOUNT!!🙏🙏 My worst nightmare came true. Two days before my birthday. What timing hey? I was literally on my DMs with a client when I got logged out. At first I thought it was an Instagram glitch so I tried to refresh the page. When I went back into the login page and put my password, it was incorrect. It had to be hacked and I freaked out! I just opened a message sent to me regarding verification because I actually requested for it through the app last week. And that was it they had full control over my account. Took about 48 hrs to recover it but I’m glad I got it back and connect with you all again!🥰 Make sure to have your 2 FACTOR AUTHENTICATION ALWAYS ON. I thought I did but it must have gone off updating the app at some point🙈 Big thanks to @kyriencrasto and @azimafarzad for helping me with their tips on how they got back their accounts. I’m back after a much needed break and I actually feel so refreshed I can’t tell you.☺️ Have you discovered what beautiful Visit Victoria has to offer? 🌊☀️🏝 The Great Ocean Road drive is something I would highly recommend especially if you are a beach babe like me👙 The views are simply mind blowing and even though we didn’t have the best weather, it’s just so relaxing and calm out there! It was the most scenic 2.5 drive to Apollo Bay, Victoria where we ate the freshest seafood, the Great Otway National Park has some great spots for nature lovers and the beach was just so clean and blue. We were literally the only ones there! If you’re planning a short vacay in Victoria, definitely get there soon!
