I will post soon vlogs giving you tips about SEO, Marketing, Email and so on!

But right now I am working on a huge project for where I covered 7 bands videos and photography.

Some photos were released check my feed and follow me as other ones are waiting to be released.

The biggest thing for me on video editing is the lightning editing as you can't adjust your equipment setting to e very second of video. As a result, the outcome is quite unexpected.

Also, while editing there is a limit on exposure, white, shadows, levels and highlights as it can create a very bad quality video.

My solution to this issue is using a Cooling Photo Filter decreasing significantly the redness of a video without any loss of quality.

Thoughts on the technique? Any way, you would have handled differently? Let me know!

I am happy to announce I will be managing Lucille, the frontwomen of Aevum.

With this management we will be going a different direction as it will be foccussed on her solo career and as a result, we building her personal channels out and working towards a release. Perhaps, a show or couple ones will be on the radar.

I am happy to announce that my service is going abroad too!

I will be managing Italian metalband Aevum who are signed to Darktunes.

It will be an exciting and challenging opportunity where we will work on brand positioning, nurturing + engaging +growing an audience. I will be as well counselling the band on releasing new music.

I am happy to share I received my Mailchimp certification. For those who aren't familiar with Mailchimp, it is a great email tool that helps your company to keep in touch with your audience/fans, build out the relationship, create exclusivity, intimicitaty. Apart from being an email tool it can be used to send personal postscards.

Furthermore, it is a great solution against the algorithm of social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram as your audience has chosen to be kept in touch with your business.

As a result, the messages of Mailchimp are personalised and have a higher chance to be spotted and interacted with.

This is the reason, I am super passionate about this solution and this tool plays a prominent role in my freelancer company.

I had the pleasure to implement this tool with Liv Sin already which led to more engagement, brand and relationship building.

Hence now with this certification I am thrilled to educate my clients on all the possibilities of Mailchimp and analyse afterwards the ROI, audience growth and engagement and much more!

As you have might read Beyond the Crescent Moon is no more. However, the ex-members Dean and Pheonuh of this band have created a new band called Morrigans Call.

I am super excited to announce i will be Morrigans Call's manager helping them of getting this band from the ground but I will be as well closely involved in everything that has come with founding the band: the sound, the artwork, line up and more!

Bonus! There will be lot of co-creating, email marketing and relationship management involved something I am expertised in but as well passionate about as it so cool to involve fans alike and see the band grow stone by stone.

Pest Control was a great opener for Obituary. It was quite challenging to capture this band as it was first time shooting on a big stage with a lot of lightning.

It has been while I posted.

I have been part of Yoth Iria crew and thanks to this I have covered ALCATRAZ MUSIC Day 2. Also, I had opportunity to visit Brussel which led to some nice shots.

Furthermore, I have been invited by Thomas from Kaltenbach Open Air which gave me the opportunity to cover the most extreme metalbands and a whole fest. I travelled to the mountains Spital am Semmering and Vienna leading to some breathtaking views.

Being back there was no resting as I got an invite to cover Obituary thanks to the collabs we have set up at D Metal Galaxy and I covered for Aephanemer their gig at The Grand Social.

In the meantime, I have started as well a new fulltime job giving less time for freelancer especially when I started.

Also, I am working on cool stuff with Beyond the Crescent Moon & The Voodoo Kitchen, Humanity Check

Strangers With Guns press coverage at Workman's Club, Dublin was a great opportunity to explore my further. On the night there were three different kind of rock bands playing on the night. Here is the opener of the night -
MotionSickness. It was hard a challenge capture them due to a lot of interaction with the crowd and average lightning.

Vendetta Love & Shrink Like Alice press coverage at Toales - Dundalk was a great opportunity to explore my further. This time, I had to work with a far smaller stage and far worse lightning condition. It was quite a challenge to get the shutter speed and iso manually correct as it was shifting all time.

In the past weeks I had the pleasure of assisting Beyond the Crescent Moon regarding the release of their EP "Rise". Here is a Peek on the band doing their first time livestream ever!

Super happy about the achievement of reaching this milestones as we have gradually worked on connecting, interacting and growing audience. While doing this, the band has become more confident and knowledgeable of using the digital marketing tools. This all what MAIr is about, I believe strongly in co-creation and self-growth. For this reason, I don't take any management fees but just the tailored service fees to set bands on their path and give them the knowledge and skills to navigate through the the changing business environment.

In short, Beyond The Crescent Moon is a fine band from Ireland offering a sound you haven't heard yet and I am happy to help them on navigating through the digital space and sharing my sales/marketing knowledge.

More to come and the band will do a crazy Friday so follow them to be on their next livestream.

Here is a finished EPK for the band Teras. The instructions I got with this assigment was to make something "Viking". This was quite a challenge as I wanted to created something fresh and outstanding. Also, there were a lot of pictures and a logo to be added to the EPK which didn't have the Viking vibe.

Due to this, I had to recolour the pictures and blend them into the background so it looks whole. In order to make the order visible I have added an extra stroke layer on the logo.

Next to this, the text was a challenge too as there were a lot of it. To still align with the viking vibe I have experiment with blending techniques and this the final result.

Fun fact: I am organising an event involving Teras called Ira goes Green Acoustic Tour-Dundalk (Ira Green, Element X, Teras).
