Well the is over and here are my final results… Did I get to my goal? Nah but I remained consistent throughout this challenge. I’m still learning how to build the body I want while losing some weight but my body is changing regardless of what the scale says and I’m here for it!! Sometimes the road is full of twists and turns but you have to keep going otherwise you’ll never know where the road ends 💋

4. I’ve gained about 4lbs.
5. I still look absolutely AMAZING!!!

Over the past few months I have become more than a number on a scale. To be honest I have learned to love the person that I am still growing to be. 75 Days.. 150+ workouts with 75 being outside.. reading 750+ pages of books helping me with my mental health.. 9,600+ ounces of water.. Down about 10lbs..

But in 75 days I have learned more about myself.. I’ve gained a mental clarity that I didn’t have before and I found a better version of myself looking back at me this morning.. Now to continue molding myself into the best version of me that I can 💋

What a difference 40 days make… it’s been a rollercoaster these past 40 days but I am learning (and loving) the woman I am becoming… I decided to do because mentally I was all over the place… By creating a schedule of things that I needed to complete allowed me the opportunity to heal my mind and focus on things that I deem important for myself..

Weight loss is hard… it’s not the part of physically losing weight that’s hard… the hard part is making sure you’re mentally ok… the scale won’t be your friend most days… there will be times you won’t want to work out… life will happen and you may turn to food and that’s ok… everyday you must wake up and choose to fight for you… you have to learn what makes you tick and focus on making yourself better… find your reason and focus on becoming a greater you 💋

This is what looks like in my life.. Sundays are when I wash laundry for the week & run errands.. My life has been a whirlwind since Friday but that’s life.. I, however, have acknowledged the things that I have control over and that’s keeping a routine.. I overslept so I didn’t get my first workout in today but I filled my , brought my with me & stopped by for my espresso & cold foam… I’m tired but I’m here 💋

So I got the idea to try protein fluff from watching stories and learned that they got the idea from .. I thought of all the possibilities and hurried out to get a food processor to create some of my own.. My first one ended up being a thick smoothie, the second one wasn’t sweet enough BUT the third time is the charm!!! This was amazing and tasted like a creamy coffee gelato/mousse.. The base is only 1PP (I don’t count blended fruit) and you can dress it up anyway you like… This recipe was 7PP | 379 Cal (1.6g Fat | 64.9g Carbs | 28g Protein)

☕️ Recipe ☕️
-159g frozen banana
-1 scoop of Dunkin Cappuccino Protein Powder
-4oz milk (I used unsweetened oat milk)
-4tsp sugar substitute (optional)

☕️ Steps ☕️
1. Pulse frozen banana in food processor on high until it gets crumbly (look for a texture similar to a crumble.. do not try to make smooth)
2. Add your protein powder, sugar substitute & milk
3. Blend on high until it doubles in size (it will look thick like a frosty consistency but smoother). It takes a little while (like 2 mins)
4. Add to bowl and add your toppings!
I added 1/2 a serving of the caramel macchiato cereal (4PP) & 10g of caramel syrup (2PP).

Not your traditional … these photos are about a year apart and when I tell you I have gained about 25lbs.. I went into January of last year thinking I could get my life together after losing my mom and damn near lost myself.. I had to get back surgery 3 months into 2021, be out of work for almost 3.5 months, got a divorce, moved my kids out of state AND try to live life..

I say all that to say this.. Nothing about this journey has been easy.. There are days where I want to stay in bed and not do anything.. But I don’t.. I haven’t given up on me yet and you shouldn’t give up on you.. 💋

Last night I made mini muffins using this mini lava & Bundt cake maker that I purchased during December.. I’ve been trying to eat the foods (and devices lol) that I’ve purchased & forgot about lol.. those muffins inspired this breakfast this morning.. I enjoy eating these because they’re small, it’s like I’m getting more for the amount AND I can easily make these ahead of time for eating on the go..

❤️ Recipe 7PP | 243 Cal ❤️
- 1/2c Chocolate Chip Power Cakes Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 3oz Winter Mint Chocolate Shake
- 1T SF Peppermint Syrup

Mix all ingredients together really well and just spoon into the device.. I like a crispier “cake” so I cooked for about 4 mins per batch

What I Eat in a Day | 75 Hard Edition

Sundays are typically my busiest day of the week because I do grocery shopping and laundry 🙃.. I have been super focused on making sure I hit my protein goal (at least 130g a day) while eating meals that I love so here we go…

Breakfast on the go: I had planned on having a protein coffee for breakfast but I was running late to the laundry mat. I had a protein shake & fruit instead (3PP | 303 cal | 32.1g P)

Reading: While washing clothes I read the last 10 pages of the book The Four Agreements 🥰

Afternoon Snack: Toffee Crunch Oreos are just as amazing as they sound. You can have all things in moderation!! (7PP | 140 Cal | 0.5g P)

Lunch: I have been craving tuna salad & I also wanted my coffee!!! I used the Starbucks cold brew concentrate, 6ozs of oat milk, 1oz of skinny syrups salted caramel syrup and made my own cold foam and topped it with a little bit of sugar sprinkles. Instead of using crackers for my tuna salad I used carrots to get some veggies in!!! (7PP | 403 Cal | 39.1g P)

Water: the biggest challenge I have is drinking 128ozs of water because my bladder is the size of a golf ball 😅😂😂.. I love utilizing my sodastream to make my own sparkling water!!! It’s a game changer

Dinner: So I went to Aldi the other day and found these seafood stuffed salmon and had to have it. I paired this with some yellow squash, zucchini, yellow pepper & mushrooms (14PP | 535 Cal | 37.1g P)

Dessert: I had a protein brownie, a banana & 2T of PB2 😋 (6PP | 336 Cal | 29.2g P)

Remember to be consistent. Yesterday I was having a moment about the scale not moving how I feel it should but I see my body physically changing. I can tell that I’m getting stronger and I feel better. In this nothing will be easy but the results will always be worth it 🥰
