This is my go-to chest “burrrrn” workout, including my favorite way to burn out my pecs at the very end for maximal results (hex press to incline push-ups). I typically do this once a week.
In order of appearance, I do the following:
1. Smith Machine Press (or Barbell Bench Press) - 4x10-12
2. Standing Decline Cable Fly - 4x10-12
3. Cable Fly to Hex Press - 4x10-12
4. Standing Incline Cable Fly - 4x10-12
5. Pec Deck Fly - 4x15
6. Incline Dumbbell Hex Press (10-12) x Incline Push-Ups (until fatigue) - 3 sets
Working on my chest has been a multi-year process, and I finally feel like I’ve achieved long-lasting, healthy results for my own body.
In the beginning, I thought it was all about “how much weight” I could bench — an unhealthy perspective that led to several injuries in my lower back.
It was difficult for me to see results because I wasn’t targeting the multitude of muscles that make up my entire chest. Over time, I found these exercises while devouring fitness content across Instagram and then created this workout that I return to time and time again — an amalgamation of some of the best exercises I’ve found that work to really “burn my chest.”
For workout gear, I’m wearing @fourlaps tank and shorts + @allbirds running shoes + @bala bangles on my ankles.

This is our go-to 20-minute ab workout, including multiple modifications if needed. We typically fold this into our workouts 2-3 times a week 🙂🙃
In order of appearance, we do the following across 4 rounds:
10x weighted v-ups
30x (15x each side) weighted Russian twists
30x (15x each side) criss-cross flutter kicks
10x figure eights
10x left-side v-ups
10x right-side v-ups
For us, it's really important to remember that progress is personal. We're never concerned with being as "good as we were" the last time we did it — sometimes, it's just about finishing the workout no matter how many modifications or breaks we need to take.
If you don't have weights, you can use any weighted object around your home like a book, or you can even do these without weights at all. In this video, we're using 2lb @bala Bangles on our ankles and 10lb Bala Power Rings.
