Despite the football off-season, JeddzPodcast has remained active.

Recently, current Carlton AFL player and one of the big men ruckman, Marc Pittonet sat down with host Jedd Manton for an exclusive one-on-one interview.

Marc reflected on his AFL National Draft selection by Hawthorn Football Club in 2014 and shared insights into the upcoming National Draft.

He also discussed his experience playing for Box Hill's VFL Premiership team in 2018.

Additionally, Marc shared his journey from the Hawks to the Blues at the end of the 2019 season and revealed his off-season activities.

He touched on Carlton's impending preseason and expressed enthusiasm for the club's future prospects.

Marc provided valuable insights into working with his Senior Coach Michael Voss and more.

This afternoon in Bendigo, I met three remarkable individuals, Tim Mckern, Nathan Ryan, and Wallis Collins, who have walked over 600 KLM from Canberra to Bendigo in just one week to support mental health awareness and fund raising along the way.

As they conclude their walk tonight, their accomplishment truly deserves recognition.

Well done, gentlemen enjoy a few beers tonight to celebrate what you have achieved outstanding.🍻

I would like to extend my thanks to Mitch Greer and La Trobe University Bendigo for inviting me to be a guest speaker today.

I had the privilege of speaking with 3rd year students currently studying Occupational Therapy, sharing my personal experiences and insights gained over the years.

I talked about my journey living with a disability, the challenges I have overcome, and the success of JeddzPodcast in recent years.

I also discussed my recent employment experience working for a small business and the opportunity working in the sports industry for a while.

Additionally, I shared my Special Olympics accomplishments, including winning gold medals in swimming and basketball at the 2017 Junior National Games on the Gold Coast.

I was able to share having the opportunity to represent Victoria in all abilities football, and play for the Brisbane and Gold Coast Suns teams in 2022 In QLD.

Again I could share some of the challenges that I faced throughout my schooling years.

I appreciated the opportunity to share my story with the students, highlighting my involvement in various local community groups, sporting clubs and what is it is like to live with a disability.

Thank you again to Mitch and La Trobe University Bendigo, for having me today.

It was an honor and privilege to share my experiences with you all.

We are excited to announce that Ex AFL player Josh Jenkins joined JeddzPodcast Show for a one on one interview with Podcast Host Jedd Manton.

Josh played a 149 AFL games throughout his career. Most of his time was spent playing at the Adelaide crows then moving to the Geelong Cats.

Josh sat down with Jedd to speak about his playing days and the move from Basketball across to Football.

Josh spoke about what it was like to play in a South Australian football show down game, they talk about Josh playing in the 2017 AFL Grand Final against Richmond Tigers.

Josh also gave us an insight into how he got involved in the media and some of the work he is currently doing in the media and much more.

Former AFL Player / High Profile Ex Sports Manager Ricky Nixon Joins the Show as our special Guest for this week.

Ricky managed some of the big names in the game Including former AFL stars Ben Cousins, Wayne Carey, Matthew Richardson, Nick Riewoldt, Dane Swan, Gary Ablett Senior, Gary Lion and many more.

Ricky talks to us about his playing days as an AFL Player. He played 4 games for the Carlton Football Club, 8 games for the Hawthorn Football Club and 51 games at St Kilda as well.

His football career started at his local club Golden Square Football Netball Club. Which is in the BFNL before making his way into the AFL System.

The Boys talk to Ricky about his playing days and his former career in being one of the well known player Sports Managers in the AFL football Industry.
We also chat to him about his own Podcast Show that he Runs/Hosts and much more.

Tony & Jedd also give there Previews on what’s happening in and around Local footy including the Bendigo Football Netball League, Heathcote District Football Netball League, Loddon Valley Football Netball League and the Maryborough Castlemaine District Football Netball League.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Noah's Ark for giving me the opportunity to be a guest speaker yesterday, at their regional staff development training day.

I was fortunate enough to speak about how JeddzPodcast started. I was able to speak about some of my sporting achievements over the years and about my education experience.

I was able to share my recent employment experience through Disability.

Noah’s Ark is an Early Intervention provider for younger children with a Disability Along with 2 other guest speakers, we were able to give our lived experiences from Early Intervention into adulthood.

Thanks again Noah’s Ark it was a great privilege and experience to be involved yesterday as a guest speaker.

Celebrating a nice cold beer on a Friday night after recoding episode 1 of our new podcast show called Jeddzpodcast local footy / AFL football.
