I was so scared to post this 😳

I’ve been on my weight loss journey since November. I remember being so depressed because I hated how I looked. I finally decided to change my life and haven’t looked back since.

To all the people who are on their weight loss journey don’t quit. It’s ok to have cheat days it’s ok to not work out everyday. Just don’t give up. Be patient and listen to your body.

Most of all, love yourself through every part of the process. This s**t is not easy,
But nothing worth having will be easy. Not only did I change my lifestyle but I change my mindset. I realized it’s not my body it was also my mind that needed to change too.

I am rooting for all of us!! Never be afraid to become a better you. I’m here if anybody needs me because it takes a village love y’all❤️

My word for this year is GRADITUDE! Instead of complaining, and focusing on negativity I shifted my mindset to gratefulness. I have so much peace. I challenge everyone to say something they are grateful for. The more you appreciate what you have the more you will get in return. Happy Friday✨

My heart is shattered by the hate was displayed in Georgia. This country thrives from so much hate, racism, and classism. I’m praying for the families who have lost their loved ones from that White homegrown terrorist. Listen if you told me in 2019 I would be getting this truck today I would’ve laughed and thought it couldn’t be possible. I am a walking testimony that manifestation is real. 2020 I made a decision to change myself mind, body and spirit.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Although this is materialistic this is confirmation that when you believe anything is possible. This is just the beginning my life started changing when I started to unlearn the things that made me who I am and start operating from a place of love and gratefulness.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Happiness is a state of mind and we have full control over our emotions. When you change your mindset you can change your reality. Whoever is reading this you have what is needed to change your life right inside of you. The only thing that’s holding you back is yourself. Break free from all the things that no longer serves you and forgive yourself for your ignorance.

Don’t give up, push through for every negative thought, emotion and fight. You are bigger than your demons.
