HELLO DOUBLE 44!
“It was crude, just like plastic surgery can sometimes be, right? Then we’re lied to. Everything we do is a lie. Fashion, a little, a lot! And sometimes we enjoy it. It’s easier except when it hurts. Then there is a form of theatricality in fashion series, so the snout reminds us of the unreasonableness of certain situations. It’s also a fun way of collaborating with Rosie who cannot fully dive head first into a fashion shoot – she needs to relate on more social level to what we’re doing. She always finds it strange that people dressed in dark outfits rush into a studio and keep busy hovering around models all day or even for days on end.”

There is a light that never goes out

« I may have discovered the magic of images when we viewed the previous summer’s movie at Christmas with my family. It was kind of wonderful to see the sun come into our house in the middle of winter, to capture all that light, even if only for the duration of the projection. That summer still belonged to us »
