This year, I chose to celebrate my birthday in a way that truly filled my heart. Instead of the usual parties and celebrations, I spent the day at an old age care center, surrounded by the warmest smiles and the most genuine hearts.

The joy in their eyes when we cut the cake together, the stories they shared, and the songs they sang—everything felt so pure and magical. These incredible souls, with decades of wisdom and experience, reminded me that life’s greatest joys lie in the simplest moments of love and connection.

I walked in hoping to spread happiness but left with my heart overflowing with gratitude and life lessons. Their blessings felt like the most precious gift I could ever receive. This experience taught me that true celebration is about sharing joy and making others feel valued.

To everyone reading this, I urge you to spend time with those who are often forgotten. You’ll find that in giving, you receive much more than you could ever imagine.♥️

This year, we will not be celebrating Independence Day! Our observance of this day will remain on hold until we truly address and overcome the pressing societal issues that continue to undermine our freedom.
The call for genuine liberation is especially urgent for women, who are demanding not just symbolic gestures but real, substantive change !!
True Independence cannot be claimed while significant portions of our society still grapple with inequality and injustice.
Therefore, we choose to forego the celebrations until we can stand together in genuine freedom, having resolved the critical challenges that impede our collective progress.

Some updates about my life from last few weeks.

Going through a tough time lately. 🥺
It sounds like I have had a series of unfortunate events, from my dad's health issues to his leg fracture to my own health issue, the worst part being typhoid, and now I'm with a fractured right hand too. 🩹

It can be incredibly challenging to deal with so much all at once. It's not easy and I might not talk or reply back much! But this too shall pass because my determination to not give up is what keeps me going.
Learnt from my darling Shubha Chandak Rathi mumma who was looking after my dad's health and now even me. And she does it so nicely. 💗
At this age, when I should take care of my parents, unfortunately they have to do it for me. But just a matter of 5-6 weeks. I'll be alright soon. Love you Maa. Thankyou for everything you do ❤️

Ganpatiji have arrived. I am sure he will fix EVERYTHING !!
