Walk, run, and glow for a cause that matters. The Glucerna GLO 5K Walk & Run for Diabetes brings together health, fun, and community under the stars.

Date: Saturday, November 8th 2025
Time:7:00 PM
Location: Queen’s College, Husbands, St. James
Registration: $40
Each registration includes a reflective strap and two glow bracelets or finger lights.

Payment and kit collection will take place from Wednesday, November 5th 2025, to Friday, November 7th 2025, at Sky Mall from 1:00 to 7:00 PM.

Prizes are up for grabs, so get your glow on and join the movement.

“Share the Comfort. Feel the Joy”

Christmas spirit rolled across Barbados as The BEAT 104.1 FM hit the streets for the I Love Christmas Road Show!
Big Red kept the vibes alive in-studio, while Stokely took the energy on the road from Warrens by The Dome Mall into Bridgetown, spreading holiday cheer and surprises along the way.

Randal Banfield of Carmeta’s, treated passers by to delicious mini beef ham cutters and pork hams cutters. Coca-Cola hampers were also in the mix as was shared a taste of the season.

Smiles, laughter, and pure Christmas joy filled the air,proving once again that nobody does the holidays like The BEAT 104.1 FM!
