Here it is! Grassroots The Rookie Season Episode 1! This original episode was filmed in 2020 and was my first time drag racing. I wasn’t able to race in 2021 but so far I’ve raced every event in the 2022 @modernstreethemi series. The purpose of this video series was to show how easy it is to get started in drag racing. Im hoping that sharing my story will encourage others to race regardless of their finances or skill level. I’m using an old SRT-8 300 salvage car that I got from a junk yard. It isn’t pretty but it’s not a car show it’s a racing series. Follow along as I progress throughout the 2022 season racing in the Direction Connection 12.5 index in the pursuit of being points champion. Episodes 2, 3, and 4 have already been completed in Orlando, Virginia and North Carolina. We are at the halfway point in the season with Kansas, Michigan and Maryland coming up.
