Barbara Stanwyck tells Sydney Greenstreet..She's tired.
Christmas In Connecticut, 1945
A little tidbit.
Just before this film, Barbara had starred in Double Indemnity. The clothes for that film were created by Paramount's resident designer Edith Head, and Barbara was so impressed with how attractive Edith's outfits made her look in that film that she insisted Warners hire Edith to design her gowns for this film as well.
Barbara could do it all..
William Holden in Rachel and the Stranger, 1948, also starring Lorretta Young and Robert Mitchum. Both men wanted Loretta's character..Lucky Lorretta. Good movie..
Adorable photo of Elizabeth Montgomery and the wonderful Agnes Moorehead laughing/..
