Andrea Scansani graduated at SAE Institute (Milan) in 2010 as sound engineer, there he had the opportunity to study with very skilled and famous producer like Tommaso Colliva (Muse), FIlippo Gabbrielli, Alberto Cutolo (Massive Arts - Mastering Studio). An Harbor, Red Sun, Gamba the Lenk, Leah Luv, Tonino Carotone, Alessandro Colpani, Banda Liga, Doctor Ring Ding, Cyneris, Xebb, Sugar pie & The Candymen, Mikeless, Steams, Flowers). He also writes reviews for the pro audio magazine "Audiofader" and cooperates with the team of "Solidcolor" for the developement of new 360 binaural audio technolgies relevant for the new VR entertainments (Virtual Reality, 360 Video, Oculus Rift, Google Card etc...). Per chi come me fosse malato di queste cose, questo video spiega BENISSIMO come i Meshuggah (e molte altre band che li scopiazzano alla grande) compongono la struttura ritmica dei loro brani.

Se pensavate che certi riff gli venissero così.. di istinto: no... vi sbagliavate di grosso.
Si tratta NON di poliritmie, anche se ogni tanto ne fanno uso, ma di POLIMETRIE, che è una cosa ben diversa!

Beh insomma, ecco svelato in modo matematico e semplice il gran casino che si muove dietro alle sezioni ritmiche di questa band eccezionale che ha cambiato le sorti del metal moderno.
