Whee! Tootie discovered that the color print edition of The Contest and Other Stories is on sale at Amazon for $24.54. Sounds like a lot, but that's a big 32% off (because of color illustrations) and only a bit more than an author copy. We hadn't checked reviews for quite awhile, but Tootie discovered today that we have a lovely 5-star review from 2021 (LOL) on the BW print edition. Check for the review link in comments!

Mummy of a 3,500-year-old dog,
It was the little dog of Pharaoh Amenhotep from 1427 BC.

Found mummified with his necklace, a bowl of water and his own perfume bottle.

This mummy of a dog was found inside tomb KV50, known as the Tomb of the Animals, in the Valley of the Kings.

It is believed to be one of the pets of Pharaoh Amenhotep II, who ruled Ancient Egypt between 1427 and 1401 BC, due to the proximity of this tomb to that of the pharaoh.
