The Hosts:
Tracy M. Adams, also known as DJ Monday Blue, is a licensed and registered physical therapist by day, and a DJ and burgeoning entrepreneur at night. In addition to creating and co-hosting The Doyennes’ Den, Tracy is “The Queen” of The Block, Bboxradio’s weekly classic hip-hop show and the resident DJ for Tracy Chamber Vintage’s monthly TracyTastings. When she’s not working with patients and mixing, Tracy can usually be found shopping for fabulous vintage frocks or watching old HBO shows on the Roku with her husband and their cats. Chana Ginelle Ewing, an elder stateswoman of the millennial generation, was raised in “inner-city” Boston on a diet of hip-pop culture fantasies, girl power and “you-can-do-anything” parenting. That distinctly late 80s/90s upbringing and identity informs Chana's work as the founder of littlebigGirl + CO. Beyond the cute name, the NYC-based marketing company distinguishes itself as a "connections studio" weaving storytelling, social impact and innovation to create memorable experiences. As a connector of dots, Chana seeks opportunities to make the world smaller, or in littlebigGirl + CO parlance: little-er. Beyond professional work, Chana is little-fying the planet of Brooklyn through playful media projects like the Doyennes’ Den, a women-centric radio show on bboxradio.com. Though a proud graduate of the University of Virginia, Chana is a continuous student of entrepreneurship, culture and innovation.
