We are proud to announce the launch of Tidal magazine, a biannual print publication that’s got such a fresh take, it will remind you of stepping into the ocean on a hot day. It’s a place where you can turn every page and see something beautiful: fashion that’s approachable, entertaining stories that are fun and not too precious, and celebrity profiles that make you feel like you’re reading an inte

rview with a friend. And there’s also a hint of the mystical ’cause that’s how we roll. This, our Spring/Summer issue, is just the beginning of something great. Our first ever cover girl, Ashley Smith, embodies so much of what Tidal is about. Ashley is a perfect mix of cool and edge, and she really helped set the tone for issue one. We’re also super thrilled to have a feature on one of our favorite indie stars–turned–Hunger Games scene stealer Jena Malone, and her music project The Shoe, along with so many other great stories: dreamcatchers from Electriclove NYC, soul singer Charles Bradley, and a little peek into the secret teas of New York City’s Chinatown.
