A big mistake I see when people are doing bicep curls
Is using their entire body, trying to be the Hulk and outlift everyone in the gym.
Let’s be real – I can’t remember the last time my girl asked how much I can lift.
She cares about how I look. So, instead of ego lifting, here’s what you should do:
1️⃣ Grab a weight that’s actually feasible. For me, 30 pounds might be good, but for this demo, I’m using 25 pounds.
2️⃣ Lock your elbows in place.
3️⃣ Flex your triceps at the bottom to get a full stretch on your bicep.
4️⃣ When curling up, bring your pinkies in and squeeze.
5️⃣ Lower the weight slowly for a full contraction.
Focus on form, not the weight, and watch your gains improve!
