"The Insomniac's Ode, Vol. 1"

26 amazing tracks! A culmination of years of effort and passion by S!X - Music. This compilation represents the product of extensive work and exploration. Many of the artists featured here have been a significant source of inspiration and joy long before the label even existed. Working with these incredible individuals has been a true blessing. The result is a compilation where every track shines, and there's no need to skip a single song.

As is customary for our label, we aim for diversity within a specific genre. Our goal is to showcase all
facets of what we call modern Trip-Hop - a blend of instrumental Hip-Hop, Nu Jazz, Abstract Hip-Hop,
Beatmaking, and other forms of sample-based beat music.

This album is perfect for any occasion, whether it's a DJ set at a big party, a romantic evening, a solitary night, or a warm summer gathering with friends.

We extend our deepest thanks to everyone who contributed a track to this project. In particular, we
want to express our gratitude to Clément Marques, duskii, Swik, Paddy Besser, Markus Oberndorfer,
Jiannis Taxidis, Fabian Bühler, and Julian Naaf for their invaluable support. Without them, this
ambitious project would not have been possible!

The bass is clearly the star in his latest production that starts as a film noir soundtrack but turns into pure groove very fast. And this wouldn’t be a classic ProleteR track if it didn’t feature the dopest horns out there.

If “The Great Gatsby” was a Trip-Hop song, this would be the result. Fast, melancholic and hopelessly romantic. The sound is big, the atmosphere is big and the production is big. The only thing wrong with this track is it’s length.

Scratches, fat drums, dope samples and a groove to break ya neck. Tenorio is the perfect track to open up a strange and heavy Hip-Hop set and to set the tone for what will come. We're happy to have him on our biggest project so far.

It's a great pleasure to introduce to you all the fantastic remixes of The Milton's debut album made by some of his favourite artists from the Trip-Hop realm. As teased already in credits of the original album, this remix album features 15 remixes by other artists and one by Milton. Once he looked at the sample count and the time spent on the original project he knew he wanted to hear what better artists than himself would come up with and the results are beyong incredible.

First of is Zesik with a fantastic remix of the track "Blue Mamy (feat. Mr.Fables)"
