I attended Olay's latest innovative skincare launch, and it was an entire mood! During the event, Olay revealed their brand-new water activated Cleansing Melts. Let's just say this groundbreaking new cleanser just made its way into my heart and my skincare routine. Each package of cleansing melts comes in a pack of 12 or 32 dissolving pads that are activated as soon as water touches it--turning the micro-bubble fiber into a thick spa-like lather. The cleanser comes in Vitamin C, Retinol, and Hyaluronic Acid formulas, so you can pick or choose depending on your skin type. I instantly fell in love with their Vitamin C cleanser. #TBT: At the beginning of the year, I attended the Albany Chefs' Food and Wine Festival (@albanywinefest) in upstate New York! During the 3-day festival, I was able to try so many different small plates, desserts, cocktails, teas, and more. I can't event begin to tell you which table was my favorite since I found myself making second trips to most of the vendors to get another sample of their delicious curations. (Honorable mention for that awesome cheese wheel!) They even held educational and entertaining seminars where they paired different foods with complimentary drinks, including comfort meals like grilled cheese with beer as well as interesting combos such as mushrooms and tequila. My NYFW Experience! ✨️🤎 My friend Jaidyn and I went to the Her Campus / College Fashionista Creators Loft in Union Square during New York Fashion Week! Once we arrived at the Creators Loft, located directly across from Union Square, I immediately felt like I was home! Surrounded by women who have similar goals and aspirations as me, I took in every moment. The event had the perfect setups for photo-ops like the Kate Spade purse wall where you could grab any bag that you felt could complete your look and snap a pic! They even had a station where they applied magnetic Kiss false lashes! We got a bunch of free goodies and even got color matched for our perfect shade of Covergirl Skin Perfector Essence! Then we left out for a little lunch at Spice (@spiceusq), a Thai restaurant in Union Square. We enjoyed delicious appetizers like Calamari, Chicken Basil Egg Roll, the Martini Crispy shrimp, and the Jade Seafood Dumplings! For drinks, I got a lychee martini while Jaidyn got their Emerald Kiwi Margarita. We went during Happy Hour on Saturday, which is between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. so the drinks were only $6!
