NEWS: Anthony Alfredo will attempt to make the 2025 Daytona 500 with Beard Motorsports in the No.62 Fortify Building Solutions Chevy. Alfredo drove the No.62 in most of their 2024 NASCAR Cup Series attempts. Parker Retzlaff drove for the team at Daytona in August.

Further plans on other races the team will attempt in 2025 and with which drivers will be announced at a later date.

NEWS: Reaume Brothers Racing announced today they have acquired the No.2 in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. The team plans on running the 2, 22, and 33 trucks full time in 2025. As previously announced, Frankie Muniz will drive the No.33 truck.

The number was last used by Rev Racing the past two seasons for Nick Sanchez, who has been promoted to the Xfinity Series with Big Machine Racing.

NEWS: Shane Van Gisbergen and Ross Chastain will share the No.9 Chevy in the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2025 for 9 races. Chastain will run: COTA, Darlington, Nashville, Dover and Iowa. SVG will run: Mexico City, Chicago, Sonoma and Watkins Glen.

No word on sponsorship for the car as of yet.

NEWS: Corey Day will drive for Spire Motorsports in 8 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series races and 4 ARCA Menards Series races.

Day will start his 2025 campaign with the ARCA Menards Series season opener at Daytona in the No.77 HendrickCars.com Chevy led by veteran crew chief Mark McFarland. After the opener Day will also compete at Phoenix Raceway (March 7), Sonoma Raceway (July 11) and Kansas Speedway (September 26).

Day’s 8 races in the No.7 HendrickCars.com Chevy Silverado are: Las Vegas (March 14), Homestead-Miami Speedway (March 21), Martinsville (March 28), Bristol (April 11), Rockingham (April 18), Nashville Superspeedway (May 30), Indianapolis Raceway Park (July 25), and Darlington Raceway (August 30).

Day’s Truck Series Crew Chief will be Brian Pattie.

NEWS: Amazon Prime will sponsor Chase Elliott in three races during the 2025 thru 2027 NASCAR Cup Series seasons. The first race the No.9 Prime Video Chevy will hit the track will be at Talladega in April. Then the car returns to the track at Kansas Speedway in May and the All Star Race at North Wilkesboro the following week leading into Prime Video’s NASCAR debut at the Coca-Cola 600.

The deal is to promote the 5 Summer races that will be on Amazon Prime for the next several years.

NEWS: Cope Family Racing will debut this year in the NASCAR Xfinity Series with the No.70 Chevy. Leland Honeyman Jr. and Thomas Annuziata will drive the car throughout the year. Leland will drive at Daytona and Thomas will drive at COTA. The team will get cars from RCR and use ECR engines.

Derrick Cope will be the team’s manager and will own the team as well.
