Salud Colectiva English Edition The journal seeks to promote critical thought about the health-disease-care proces, based in Open Access, multidisciplinary study and methodological rigor.

Salud Colectiva is a triannual, peer-reviewed journal published by the Universidad Nacional de Lanús. The journal's objective is to publish original articles in Spanish which contribute to the study of the health-disease-care process. The journal seeks to create an editorial framework for critical thought about the social realm, based in Open Access, multidisciplinary study, and a commitment to sc

ientific and methodological rigor. Salud Colectiva (English Edition) seeks to make available in English material previously published by the journal in Spanish. The idea to create Salud Colectiva (English Edition) was not founded in the social mandate that English be “the language of science”; rather, the idea continues to be to consolidate an editorial framework for critical thought in Spanish, with a strong presence of Latin America authors. With this base, the version in English will allow us to further amplify the circles of distribution of Salud Colectiva, bringing the perspectives, debates, conversations, and inquiries included in the journal to wider readership and opening the discussions on the health-disease-care process to new regions that face similar social problems.
