MON RÉCIT D’ACCOUCHEMENT - Physiologique & à l’hôpital en Californie

Plusieurs d’entre vous m’ont demandé de traduire mon récit d’accouchement, c’est chose faite ! Quelle émotion que d’écrire ces mots de revivre les émotions de cette journée hors du temps.

Si tu as des questions pose les moi en commentaire, je serai ravie d’y répondre ! Tout ce que je peux dire, c’est que peu importe l’accouchement, on est vraiment des Warriors les femmes. J’ai gagné un tout autre niveau de respect et de compréhension des mamans 💛

Et ce qu’on dit est vrai, malgré l’intensité… elle s’estompe très vite dans notre esprit dans les jours et semaines qui suivent. Maintenant je comprends comment on peut avoir plusieurs enfants, sur le coup, j’ai annoncé que ma fille serait fille unique 😝

MY BIRTH STORY - Part 2. The first day of the rest of our lives, the day we met our daughter ✨

As promised, here is the rest of the story and if you’ve missed my previous post go there first if you want to understand the whole journey I went through.

I am so deeply grateful to have had such an intense but beautiful experience. Despite the initial shock, the more time goes and the happiest I am about our birth story.

I hope you liked to read it if it’s something that you were curious about. It’s a very intimate experience but I know how powerful it can be to share it for other women 💛

MY BIRTH STORY - Part 1 ✨

I asked you a few weeks ago if you wanted me to tell you my birth story here and it seems like a lot of you were curious!

And I get it, because I was the same, I’ve always loved reading about this transformative, wild, sometimes pretty traumatizing but also beautiful experience for women.

I’m so deeply grateful that my daughter’s birth went smoothly and I do go into details in my story but I do consider it to be a positive experience and that hopefully will resonate with some of you or be interesting for others.

I’ll share in another post all the resources that truly helped me to manage such intensity. And comment any questions you have I’ll be more than happy to answer!!

Part 2 and the rest of the story comes tomorrow so it’s not too much to read in the same time 💛

I’m so inspired by all of these mamas that I saw navigating this transition and transformation with so much grace and love. I can’t wait to create more memories like these for you once I join the mama club very very soon too 😇✨

The pure and raw beauty of carrying and creating life 🤍. What an incredible journey it is to see women go through this transformation and now live it myself too.

I know it can also be hard for certain women to see their body changing but you’ll never regret capturing those fleeting moments of pregnancy as they’re so temporary. Your future self and your little one will be so grateful to remember how powerful you and your body are!

Trying to get out of my editing cave and start sharing some of the goodness of these last weeks 💛

This photoshoot with Mialy was a whole adventure, hiking to a beautiful secret Italian beach to have the place mostly just for ourselves. I was honored that she trusted me to capture her a second time as she usually absolutely avoids any type of camera in every other possible situation. It was so magical to see her bloom as the photoshoot progressed and shine her beautiful and powerful light 🌞

I can’t wait to share lots and lots more ✨

I’m usually never short for words but during this phase of my life I’ve found that I rarely reach for my journal, that there is so much I want to express but so little to say.

Growing life, sharing your body with a little human… where do you start to describe that? I’m in awe with my body, with this journey.

Two souls in one body. Two hearts beating in unison. Wow.

I’ve found a sense of deep peace embracing the changes, a sense of presence on not trying to anticipate too much as we have everything to discover and learn.

Sometimes there is no words big enough, right enough, poetic enough to grasp the depth of such a transformative experience. So I’ll start with those for now…

I can’t wait to meet you little soul, but please take your time.
