March 29, 1992 a singer named Alanis won the JUNO for Most Promising Female Vocalist. I didn't realize until 20 years later while digitizing the cassette I recorded from that night, that it was Alanis Morrisette. You can hear the backstage Q and A in this post. I didn't ask question, I just hit the record button.
