I started my yoga journey April 2020 and I can’t believe how strong my body has become in such a short amount of time. Yoga has truly healed my body in ways I thought were impossible. Yoga has taught me to be in the present moment, to surrender, to listen to my body, the importance of breathing deep, how to tap into my higher self, it has helped relieve my body of hip pain, lower back pain, knee pain, it has helped me with postpartum depression and anxiety, it has helped to relieve stress and to get a good night’s rest. The great thing about yoga is it can be practiced by anyone and just about anywhere.

I am super excited to share with you guys that next year I will begin yoga training to become a certified yoga instructor and I can’t wait to teach you all that I know.
