& Fall: High Time to Revise the Basics

Terra/ Luna Fall have totally wiped off a big amount of money from the crypto market. Some of the investors have already started doubting their crypto investments. There’s high fear in the crypto market.

I was in blue reading the news of people doing suicides after losing their life savings to UST. This made me think about why we can’t always take calculated risks. What made those people put their entire money in that one stable coin (UST)... Why do we become so greedy and forget the basics?

Though there are many conspiracy theories around Luna/Terra fall. But if a stable coin like UST can become unstable in the crypto market and it further leads to LUNA going from ATH of 119$ to mere cents then, I am sorry as a crypto investor, my faith in the technology got shaken. And I consider myself lucky that I wasn’t invested in these tokens.

I support the concept of blockchain and cryptocurrencies. But, I feel it’s high time that we as a community of crypto traders and investors revise our basics and take mindful investments decisions.

Finding My Life’s Purpose
I remember, when I started my first job in 2011, I was looking for someone who would tell me one best mutual fund scheme for investment. I googled and tried finding on my own but it was information overload. So, I settled with the traditional options like Savings Account, PPF and FDs, etc.

Fast forward today, I repent not taking an action in my early 20s. I would have earned more interests on my investments had I asked for some help from some personal finance expert.

Better late than never! One day, I realized it’s high time that I should sit down and focus on understanding personal finances. Since 2018, I took my money life in my hands.

I took help and since then, consistently building my financial IQ using different resources.

Along the way, I found my life’s purpose of spreading financial awareness among women. “Earning money is easy. Building wealth from that money needs work!”

Breastfeed is the best feed

Someone once estimated that if human colostrum (mother’s first milk when a child is born) could be commercially manufactured with all the same antibodies and immunoglobulin in it, it would cost somewhere around $80 an ounce. Quite expensive! Right? I would say it’s priceless!

According to doctors – “A baby should be breastfed for at least 2 years”. Less breast feed may weaken your baby's immunity.
